The staff, especially Karry in the dining area and Cindy at the front desk, never failto be friendly, focused on their work, but willing to stop what they’re doing to help a customer. The rooms are incredibly clean. The breakfast food is absolutely delicious. And all of the staff are smiling and friendly. I wish there were more BestWesterns like the Lewisville Flower Mound Best Western!

The employees who worked during Thanksgiving (the young lady and the bold (sorry 😬!) supervisor were amazing! Really going above and beyond to make their guests feel welcome! We go typically once a year to visit my step son and will now always stay at this hotel!
- CCCamilaJan 5, 20261.0I don’t know how this place is rated so high for their costumer service. The Manger Chris and 2 other male workers are beyond egotistical and disrespectful. They don’t let you get a single word in and their temper is awful. Overly unprofessional staff. Mindy was the only respectful and professional staff member. I hope no one goes through the same thing. My family and I will NEVER be going back again. And we will certainly be letting our friends and family know as well.
- LSL ScottJan 5, 20261.0The "good" customer service is an illusion. Some of the people are actually pretty nice, like these young ladies that work here, and all the room service staff. But the workers (the male that works at the desk and Chris the "manager" are very condescending and rude disguised as "helping." Sure its their establishment, but we payed to stay here. (And thats not to mention all the people blasting raunchy music in the room over in the middle of the night, several nights in a row) And they don't get to dictate and watch people's every move, staring at you through the camera's/dictating the food and where you get to eat, ect. The food lady, I don't know her name but she's older and white, she speaks to you like a child and tries to control how you get stuff and where you get to eat it at. Overall conclusion. I will not be staying again. ☺
