  I’ve stayed at this Best Western Plus in Lewisville multiple times now, and I feel compelled to leave a review that reflects the consistency of the experience. First — the staff here are hands down some of the best I’ve encountered at any hotel. Not just friendly, but genuinely attentive and proactive. You can tell there’s strong leadership setting the tone. The free breakfast is easily one of the best I’ve had at a Best Western — always stocked, clean, fresh, and well managed. It’s not treated like an afterthought, which says a lot about operational standards. I especially want to recognize Carlos, the office manager. He is incredibly diligent with his work and shows so much respect to every one of his guests. You can see the professionalism in how he handles situations, communicates clearly, and makes sure concerns are addressed immediately. He helps make every stay the most comfortable experience possible. That kind of leadership directly impacts guest loyalty, and it does not go unnoticed. I’ve stayed here multiple times for work and travel, and the consistency is what stands out most. Clean rooms, smooth check-in, responsive team, and an overall environment that feels organized and well run. Corporate should absolutely recognize the management and staff at this location. They’re representing the brand the right way. Highly recommend this property if you’re staying in the Lewisville area.

  Clean, quiet, plus friendly and helpful staff. It’s our go to place in Dallas. If you have children this is a great place to stay.

  Hotel has a lot that is often missing in other hotels in this price range.Rooms had plenty of light, great shower with glass door, lots of space, adequate trash bins. They have these cool glass water bottles & lovely citrus scented soaps & shampoo. The staff is super friendly & the hotel is very clean. I will definitely stay here again.

  Very nice rooms and breakfast area. The food was good and plentiful. Marilyn was very friendly and visited with us for a few minutes to ask how we where doing and where we drove from. Joseph at the front desk remembered our room number after only one day being there in our 6 night stay. We defiantly will stay here again.

  This is a nice hotel. The rooms are nice its clean and the location is pretty convenient for us. We've stayed here several times over the past few years while visiting the DFW area. Never had a problem here. Though the beds could be nicer/softer ;)
