She is 98 and very independent and didn’t want to stay with family . The staff treated her like family . They went above and beyond to accommodate her needs and make her comfortable. I will forever be grateful to the amazing people that work here . They are truly kind .

However, the overall condition of the property was disappointing. The bathroom in my room had large areas of peeling paint and visible water damage, which made it feel poorly maintained. The television also did not work throughout my stay. In addition, the wooden wall accent inside the elevator was loose and appeared to be temporarily propped up with a wet floor sign wedged between the wall and handrail — something that should be addressed immediately for both safety and appearance. While I appreciated the courtesy of the staff, the property is in serious need of maintenance and repairs. With proper upkeep, this hotel could live up to the standards typically associated with the Holiday Inn brand.
