  Our comforter had stains, there were dead roaches in the corners, the housemaids were smoking before entering the rooms causing them to stink. There were drunk guys outside staring at me as I was simply going to my car. The whole outside reeked of weed. The night guy did not help us at all. We will not be staying here ever again. The bathtub was clean but smelled like chemicals. The room smelled like old dirty feet and smoke. The housekeeper was rude and rolled her eyes because we asked for something while she was busy smoking that same housemaid drove by the hotel and tried to talk to us but she was so drunk that we could not understand her and she was in a tank top and what looked like her panties blowing weed smoke in our faces. For 80$ just go to one of the other big hotels.

  Great mom and pop motel. Very clean and quiet atmosphere. The room was super spacious alot of room to walk around especially if there are kids involved. More spacious than some of the chain hotels. It has all your necessary amenities, such a microwave, ice machine and about a 5ft fridge with top freezer. The fridge was nice to store more things than your regular hotel mini fridge you see. They also have a grassy area where you can grill. Overall, very pleased with our stay and price was reasonable. About 30 minutes out of Lubbock. Great place to stay when coming to big events in Lubbock and you want a quiet resonable place to stay. We will defiantly be back.

  Staying at Best Inn Texas in Levelland felt like crashing at a friendly neighbor’s place—spotlessly clean, ultra-quiet, staff genuinely kind, and all for a bargain.

  Absolute worst place I've ever stayed. Rooms are horrific- Bugs as soon as I opened the door. Counters not clean, shower filthy and shower head clogged with sediment and gunk. Floors are DISGUSTINGLY dirty. Had to buy cleaning supplies to clean the whole room, moping the floors on my hands and knees....AND spray down the bed with rubbing alcohol as I could not stop itching. Wound up purchasing bed linens and blankets just to be able to sleep. Door to room is nailed together and windows have cracked glass. Barely tepid water in sink and aerator is gone . Bed linens are not new, they're old and the whole room including the bed has hair everywhere!! Even on the pillows!!!! Brand new slippers are black on the bottom from one night. Horrid horrid place to stay. Yuck!! This place was NOT redone and if it was it was a BAD job.

  Do not stay here. They will charge you online and request that you pay again at the check-in counter. How could you not see that we paid already? Careless mistakes from the staff.
