My elderly parents specifically booked a King room because my father has to sleep in a chair due to a disability. When they arrived, they were instead given a two-queen room with no suitable chair-just a basic office chair. When they explained the issue, the front desk staff were dismissive and unhelpful. They told my parents they could take a chair from the lobby-but my father had to move and load it himself. To make matters worse, the room had broken furniture and no coffee machine, only coffee supplies. This lack of care, accessibility, and basic compassion is unacceptable. If you or your loved ones need accessible accommodations-or even just decent service-look elsewhere.

Not only was she patient, kind and attentive but she was so quick on finding a solution. Thank you Darienne we appreciate you so much ! We will absolutely be returning to this hotel in the future and recommend to our friends.

The shower curtain is installed too high so shower water keeps coming out. Bathtub looks disgusting. Sink doesn’t have the water stop and looks and smell disgusting. Towels are yellowish but soft. Service is good though. Haven’t seen other hotels at same level that do rolm cleaning for tow day stay. But this one did it.
