The water pressure was good, in fact, the shower felt like I was standing in front of a pressure washer! There was a mild "scent" but nothing offensive and to be expected in a pet friendly location. Bottom line...... If I needed a place to stay in League City again I would happily stay here
- RJRobert JohnsonDec 18, 20252.0The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and did everything to get us in another room unfortunately it was not the king we purchased but they had no more the hotel is in bad need of renovation if we go to Galveston again unless it has been renovated we will definitely stay somewhere else.

The view of the freeway is oddly hypnotic, and the bed is surprisingly comfortable—like they spent the entire budget on mattresses and gave up after that. Water pressure? Excellent. Temperature? Perfect. Air quality? Questionable. The room smells like someone tried to bottle “Vintage Basement” as a candle scent. Come for the sleep and the shower. Hold your breath for everything else.

- MJMadyson JohnsonOct 8, 20251.0TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! this establishment is ran by extremely unprofessional individuals I spoke with one lady when I was calling regarding questions and before I can even get them out, she was rudely interrupting me, hung up the phone, and when I called back would not give me her name after that I left a Message with a manager he did not get back to me. I then called the next day and explain to him how his Worker acted. He then said he doesn’t understand what I’m calling about as if he wasn’t taking how his employees were acting TERRIBLE and how unprofessional I was being treated, but then he proceeded to hang up in my face. This is a terrible place and I will be continuing to to report each person. UNACCEPTABLE
