    Wanted to take a moment and give a special shout out to Jami front desk. She was very helpful, nice, and considerate when we got our dates mixed up. Jami took action right away without hesitation. When checking out and decided to stay one more night Jami called us to make sure our dates (since we had made a mistake before) . She went out of her way to make sure our stay at Tru in Laredo,Tx was the best. Thank you Jami!!!!!

    I want to especially thank Samantha C, Nidia, Yadira, Jameleht, Jacky, Kristina, Tina, Nava, Aracely both of them, Marbelis, Verito, Pilar, Lupita, Abel, Jesus, Pancho, and Mathew. They were always always willing to help no matter the occasion. Love this hotel and Laredo.

    Tru isn't the fanciest Hilton property, but it was an overall good stay for two weeks. The AC is loud so if that effects your sleep, be prepared. The location is conveniently near a handful of restaurants and access to the main Laredo thoroughfares is rather quick. If you're staying on the fringes of town you could do much worse.

    Este hotel es super limpio, lindo y con instalaciones nuevas. El personal estuvo siempre al pendiente y siempre fue muy amable! Mi estadía fue de 10 días y siempre limpio y placentero. El desayuno también muy completo. Lo único no tan positivo que me paso es que necesitaba un poco de agua caliente para uno de mis alimentos, en uno de mis días aquí, alrededor de las 6 pm y me comentaron que no había disponible (Solo en la mañana) pero la chica en recepción fue muy proactiva y me permitió una botella de agua (no fría) y una taza de porcelana que tenía ahí para poder calentar el agua de forma segura en el microondas. No pregunte su nombre (Sorry~!) pero fue muy amable de su parte. Gracias a todos!
