    I had an overall good stay. At breakfast, there was no waffle batter in the container, and also there was not any scrambled eggs (which is okay if this is not something offered; it just seems like most other hotels do). So the only other options was toast and juice. And in my room, there was not any shampoo. The bottle was completely empty. :(

    Wanted to take a moment and give a special shout out to Jami front desk. She was very helpful, nice, and considerate when we got our dates mixed up. Jami took action right away without hesitation. When checking out and decided to stay one more night Jami called us to make sure our dates (since we had made a mistake before) . She went out of her way to make sure our stay at Tru in Laredo,Tx was the best. Thank you Jami!!!!!

    I want to especially thank Samantha C, Nidia, Yadira, Jameleht, Jacky, Kristina, Tina, Nava, Aracely both of them, Marbelis, Verito, Pilar, Lupita, Abel, Jesus, Pancho, and Mathew. They were always always willing to help no matter the occasion. Love this hotel and Laredo.

    Tru isn't the fanciest Hilton property, but it was an overall good stay for two weeks. The AC is loud so if that effects your sleep, be prepared. The location is conveniently near a handful of restaurants and access to the main Laredo thoroughfares is rather quick. If you're staying on the fringes of town you could do much worse.
