    Concert was canceled for unknown reasons and they would not offer a refund for the room. Won’t be coming back. 0/10

    Good experience, relatively clean, nice breakfasts, but I'd like to see microwave in the rooms. Also since there are no carpets the neighbors can be noisy 🙄

    The hotel is great, the breakfast is great! Parking is good. The only weird thing I the rooms don't have any type of drawers or storage place and you can hear every movement upstairs.

    I had an overall good stay. At breakfast, there was no waffle batter in the container, and also there was not any scrambled eggs (which is okay if this is not something offered; it just seems like most other hotels do). So the only other options was toast and juice. And in my room, there was not any shampoo. The bottle was completely empty. :(

    Wanted to take a moment and give a special shout out to Jami front desk. She was very helpful, nice, and considerate when we got our dates mixed up. Jami took action right away without hesitation. When checking out and decided to stay one more night Jami called us to make sure our dates (since we had made a mistake before) . She went out of her way to make sure our stay at Tru in Laredo,Tx was the best. Thank you Jami!!!!!
