The only ice machine that worked was on the 1st floor. The hallway on the 5th floor was over 80 degrees; the air conditioning was not working. I informed the staff about this issue multiple days and it was not until my third night there that staff reported it to maintenance. Management was not responsive even though I requested the manager contact me about the conditions. I would have gone to another hotel however, there was no availability. Would I recommend this hotel? No!
