- JFJose FloresJan 3, 20261.0I called week ahead to make sure the hot tub was in service . My kids wanted to have fun in the indoor hot tub and this was what they consider in service . I drove 450 miles and chose this hotel for the indoor amenities. The water was so disgusting you couldn’t even see the floor. I also requested my room to be cleaned and left for hours to come back and room wasn’t cleaned. I had to take my own trash out and throw it in dumpster. For this treatment I was better off at a motel 6 . I thought I paid extra for better service , better accommodation better everything. I’m sure they will respond with a generic concern but honestly this is a huge failure . I’ll never stay here ever again . The only positive thing I can say was the house cleaning lady in hall gave me some clean towels and was very polite she should be running the whole establishment. Big failure embassy suites I was better off at a motel 6. Zero stars if I could I JUST CALLED BACK AS THE OWNER RESPONDED TO MY REVIEW AND NOBODY WOULD TAKE OWNERSHIP FOR RESPONSE. Why respond to me review and have me contact the number you listed if nobody wants to talk about my issue. You only responded to show the appearance that you care but I’m reality owner you don’t care and shame on you. These are no Hilton hotel standards !!!!!! LOOK AT IMAGES OF WATER I POSTED .

Unfortunately, I have noticed recently that the hotel has started charging guests for parking, and adding surcharges to room service. For these reasons I decided to switch to another hotel.

The breakfast includes a full omelette station and the restaurant prepares good food at a reasonable price. If you are staying in Laredo I highly recommend!
- JNjorge navaOct 27, 20252.0Las habitaciones son muy bonitas. Nosotros pedimos dos camas y aparte tienes un sofa que se hace cama. Una cocina donde tienen cafe, un lavabo y aparte y un frigobar. Eso esta muy bien… peeeeero…. Le pongo 2 estrellas por las siguientes razones: 1.- cobran 7 dolares por noche de estacionamiento, se me hace una tontería por que nisiquiera cuidan los carros, estan al aire libre, sin sombrilla, nadie te ayuda a trasladar equipaje, y en algunos momentos, el estacionamiento se llena, no entiendo ese cobro 2.- te dejan el rollo de papel de baño ya empezado. Que les cuesta poner rollos nuevos? Pague 200 dolares por una noche 3.- no hay agua para beber. Tienes que comprarla, no hay botellas de cortesia. Tienes un frigobar vacío. Alomejor exagero pero ya la mayoria de los hoteles ya incluyen 1 o 2 botellas de agua de cortesía Lo mejor que tiene este hotel creo yo que es la ubicación y su desayuno, es muy bueno el desayuno. Ojala mejoren en higiene.
