    Rente un cuarto ayi ase pocos dias muy bien todo el desayuno muy bien pero muy poco professional de unas empleadas Sentadas por la entrada del elevador casi duraron una hora sentadas y con una niña donde no es lugar para traer niños en horas de trabajar, y poreso le nege el servicio ala empleada. Ojala y mejoren su professionalismo en este aspecto

    After a long day on the road dealing with traffic wanting to just get into bed, arriving to the hotel the front desk Jazmin welcomed me and my partner with the best hospitality service there is. She had our rooms ready and didn’t have us waiting too long, as we’re not from here we asked her for recommendations and she had the perfect location for every night we stayed seriously an A+ hotel and Great staff !

    Cumplió mis expectativas. Si vas de compras a Laredo por lo menos a las tiendas de Santa Ursula Avenue, este hotel es una muy buena opción.

    Nothing fancy, but the room was comfortable and the person at the desk was nice. There were rooms available on all floors but she put us in the one not next to kids so maybe it would be a little bit quiet.
