There was only 1 person serving so seemed a bit overwhelming for 1 person. Which was evident in her demeanor. Did not dare ask for a second plate. Highly recommend they change to buffet style as not to "bother" the staff.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, which made our stay so relaxing. We were traveling with our family, and the staff was super friendly and welcoming. Another thing we really appreciated was the night security. Since we were heading to Mexico in the morning, we had our truck loaded, and it gave us peace of mind knowing everything was safe. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and family-friendly place to stay. We will definitely come back!

No your not because online it shows multiple empty spots available. Then when I ask her to check the computer she lies again and says she cant. Your front person says there not going to give room for people going back to Mexico. I heard her yell that to two men that came in. She turned away over 10 people counting us. I have used best western in Florida,Alabama, California,Tennessee and this is the first time ive been treated like this. She doesn't deserve to represent this amazing hotelwhat a vile woman. Ive never had them treat me like this.
- AIArnold Duarte IIDec 20, 20255.0After my colleagues and I got pushed out from the Double Tree hotel because they were not able to accommodate us at rate that was offered to us by them, we were told to meet at the Best Western Plus right up the road. The Best Western made our accommodations way easier than the Double Tree and the staff were always nice and respectful. The breakfast was always good, the staff always did their best for us and always greeted us when we walk in. I would highly recommend this hotel.
