After staying 4 weeks in a row because I booked online the front desk lady said she can’t honor my exemption form. I spent an hour out in my car calling and finally she will now remove the taxes. I know there are a lot of State employees that stay here I see them all the time. You would think they would appreciate the business. The breakfast is great and the location close to the prison is nice. No one wants to have to travel long distances before work so this was handy. I don’t know if I will return as it is embarrassing to get yelled at by the front desk lady that said she won’t take the taxes off unless I’m going to pay her rent. I’m here for business I stay the evening , eat breakfast and leave by 7am. I was convenient.

All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was as good as you could ask for from a Best Western. If you find yourself in need of a place to stay in the area, I would recommend.
