- CCC ColwellSep 28, 20251.0We should have read the reviews before booking our stay here this past weekend. The place is TERRIBLE! Landscaping is so bad! Trees are overgrown and hide the property…. That might be a good thing 😳 the place reeks of pine-sol. The carpets are filthy. Our room I believe had been renovated, but just made no sense at all. Lots of empty space and a TV on the wall that will not swivel with only one chair that can be moved. It is so bizarre. There were ants in the bathroom and ants at the front door near the sink ( suite). Front desk clerk was helpful & got us what we asked for, so that was nice. We will NEVER stay at this location ever again!

I gave it several and still no hot water. The desk said they would have to charge me $50 a night more for a similar room, or they could move me into a double bed room. I chose the double. They moved me across the hall and finally hot water. The next evening, I go to take a shower and again no hot water. I understand renovations are occurring but only having hot water between the hours of 10pm-6am is crazy. Breakfast was pretty terrible as well.

- DSDebbie SchulteJul 14, 20251.0Am currently staying in this dump. Paris Hiilton you should really visit this dump of a hotel that bears your name. First, the landscape needs attention. 2nd we are honors members and were not treated as such. 3rd the pillows we had at the numerous Hilton hotels. We stayed at were fabulous these however were pillow cases stuffed with foam pieces need I say more. 4th the tv does not swivel so watching it in bed is impossible. 5th the management should have informed us this hotel is under renovation since this room is half done. Guess what we will not be staying in a Hilton hotel again.
