We stayed in room 334 for a few nights, top floor at the end of the hall. We had to let the water run with the handle at the hottest setting for 20-30 minutes (not an exaggeration as we timed it) before we'd get hot water. We walked past the same bits of trash, to include breakfast cereal on the third floor, on the hallway floors all three days we were there. The breakfast buffet was weak just like the coffee (we referred to it as water roast). The gal with the pink hair needs a lesson in customer service. When I mentioned to her that the only urn of coffee was empty, there was no thank you, just an "I'll let the breakfast staff know" in a tone that suggested I was taking her away from her phone screen. The best part of the stay was the check in by a nice gal. I didn't get her name - she was a black US Army veteran (Intel). To her I say thank you for your efficiency and friendly demeanor.

This place was under so much construction we were surprised it was still open. No gym (which I was relying on and is advertised on their page/website), no anything due to renovations - they did still have free breakfast but the cups were covered in dust from renovations, hot food was cold and I was worried about food safety as it was clear they just moved it all into a random room that previously served as a conference room. The view from my window was a dumpster. The entryway flooring was being worked on when we arrived so it was not ADA accessible as there were bumps for all the pieces holding the newly formed tiles together. Couldn't roll our suitcases and felt bad for anyone in a wheelchair. When I asked the front desk assistant how long renovations had been going on they said since March 2025. We stayed December 2025. Saw no one the first night and then decided to leave early the next night as I tried to sleep unsuccessfully for two hours as the bed was not comfortable, had trouble regulating temperature in the room, and there was a couple next door having a very loud lovely time. I don't understand why they would have us all stay so close together in an empty hotel when the walls are so paper thin. This was with me wearing ear plugs. The cups at breakfast looked like they were found somewhere - they were for an italian ice place... but the best thing hands down was the waffle bar which was the only way you could guarantee fresh hot food and they had sprinkles, chocolate chips, syrup, whipped cream and just about anything a child could dream of for a waffle bar. Will never stay here again. Extremely disappointed. Would have preferred they just close for renovations.

Still under renovation when we stayed, but it looked like they were close to finishing up. Our first room had a broken A/C, but they did move us to a new room just down the hall. The tile of the new room wasn’t cleaned well. In fact, it looked like someone’s dog left a snail trail of poop. Quite unsettling.
The worst part of our stay was the bed. It was the *most* uncomfortable sleep. The pillows were wafer thin and the mattress was rock hard.
I would not stay here again on account of the bed, but the overall experience really wasn’t terrible. Everyone at the front desk was lovely, and the hot breakfast offered had a decent selection of fresh items.

4 stars due to some electrical issues in the hotel. Many of our plugs and some of the lights in the room didn't work. I feel like everyone was very accommodating. The room was fine.. it recently was renovated. Still a lot of renovations going on within the hotel.

We should have read the reviews before booking our stay here this past weekend. The place is TERRIBLE! Landscaping is so bad! Trees are overgrown and hide the property…. That might be a good thing 😳 the place reeks of pine-sol. The carpets are filthy. Our room I believe had been renovated, but just made no sense at all. Lots of empty space and a TV on the wall that will not swivel with only one chair that can be moved. It is so bizarre. There were ants in the bathroom and ants at the front door near the sink ( suite). Front desk clerk was helpful & got us what we asked for, so that was nice.
We will NEVER stay at this location ever again!
