  I was staying in Lake Jackson on business and I could not be more pleased with my experience. The location of the hotel is fantastic and the service from the staff is top notch. The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. This hotel has so many great amenities that I’m not used to finding in hotels. I will certainly be choosing this brand in the future and if I am anywhere near the Houston area I will choose Staybridge Suites in Lake Jackson.

  Very impressed with this hotel. We had 2 dogs traveling with us, so we requested a pet-friendly room. Our room was still amazing. Carpet on the floor, bright white linens, and comfortable furniture. The staff was polite and friendly. The breakfast choices were good and not the standard that is found at most hotels. They even had a happy hour each evening with wine, beer, and appetizers. The hotel was located near many restaurants and stores. Excellent location. Will definitely be choosing this hotel chain in the future.

  I have traveled extensively for my career and discovered Staybridge Suites in Lake Jackson to be conveniently located for work, restaurants, and local activities. This hotel receives my highest vote for a hotel across North America and sets the standard for exceptional quality, service, and amenities. I normally travel on Sundays, so Kiley is the normally at the Front Desk providing a friendly and professional greeting and awareness for the area and special items like the Manager’s Happy Hour early in the week where complimentary hors d’oeuvres along with draft beer and wine are served. The chef does an amazing job with variety and great flavor for a welcome treat or even a full meal on some occasions. The inside atrium is always clean and large enough for gathering many people. Outside there is a beautiful pool, a covered patio with grill and a timer-operated fire pit to spend an enjoyable evening outside. The cleaning staff takes care of the room and towels every day and every room that I have stayed has been very clean and trouble-free. I usually check with Kiley about movies, books, or restaurant recommendations. She focuses on customer care and interacts enjoyably with every patron even when they are having a bad day. Kiley makes it enjoyable as the first person you see entering and always wishing you a good afternoon when you venture out. This hotel is very professional, clean, and established the new standard for my hotel expectations. I am always happy to stay here when I visit the Freeport, TX area. Thank you for great service, affordable pricing, and quality of life away from home!

  WE ALWAYS SLEEP WELL HERE!!! Thank you for providing a clean and welcoming place for people to relax and enjoy their stay. Wonderful staff and excellent breakfast. We love the relaxing outdoor sitting area as well. Super chill and quiet. Thank y’all
