  This is hotel was outstanding in every way. The entire place was spotless, the breakfast menu was more vast then expected and the room was absolutely lovely. Highly recommend checking any kitchen appliances in your room before settling in as it was unfortunate to discover the microwave was defective.

  Nice, clean rooms. Didn't get to use it but nice outdoor seating areas. Breakfast is ok. The prepackaged eggs instead of the scrabbled eggs. Nice workout area also. Front desk staff and housekeeping staff extremely cordial and congenial.

  The good: Hotel is new, rooms are very clean and up to date. One of the better hotel breakfasts I've had. Very convenient location with a lot of restaurants nearby. Super good soundproofing Good little gym and washers/driers. The bad: Loudest, worst microwaves I've ever seen. Things sound like a jet engine taking off and are somehow super weak still (really not sure where they got these things new, they're aggressively terrible). The water is disgusting. Worse than any hotel water I've ever had. You can taste it in the coffee they serve in the lobby as well. Fortunately HEB is close enough to go buy water. The mildly annoying: I've stayed here four or five times now. EVERY SINGLE shower door doesn't stay closed. You've got to jam a washcloth in the track to stop it from sliding open.

  I’ve stayed at the Home2 Suites in Lake Jackson, TX multiple times, including extended stays of up to two weeks, and it continues to be an excellent experience. The hotel is newer, well maintained, and in a great location with a grocery store and several local restaurants within easy walking distance. The staff are consistently friendly, professional, and attentive, making each stay feel comfortable and hassle-free. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and well equipped for longer stays, and the amenities, such as the in-room kitchen, laundry area, and fitness center, make it easy to settle in. Overall, this is my go-to place in Lake Jackson. Highly recommend for both short visits and extended work trips.

  I had a very negative experience with this hotel. I am diamond member with Hilton honors. I reserved my room through a travel agency using my company’s account. I drove 4 hrs for my work in Lake Jackson for a one night stay. The front desk informed me as I arrived that I need to have a physical credit card which I don’t have because it’s a company account. I informed the manager that I will have my procurement manager sign the credit card authorization form remotely to verify that it’s legitimate. They informed me I need to send it in 24 hrs in advance. I was extremely disappointed because I always book Hilton as a diamond member and for a one night stay seems a bit extreme.
