- TMThad McCloud5 days ago5.0I’ve stayed at the Home2 Suites in Lake Jackson, TX multiple times, including extended stays of up to two weeks, and it continues to be an excellent experience. The hotel is newer, well maintained, and in a great location with a grocery store and several local restaurants within easy walking distance. The staff are consistently friendly, professional, and attentive, making each stay feel comfortable and hassle-free. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and well equipped for longer stays, and the amenities, such as the in-room kitchen, laundry area, and fitness center, make it easy to settle in. Overall, this is my go-to place in Lake Jackson. Highly recommend for both short visits and extended work trips.
- KNKenneth NwosuNov 18, 20251.0I had a very negative experience with this hotel. I am diamond member with Hilton honors. I reserved my room through a travel agency using my company’s account. I drove 4 hrs for my work in Lake Jackson for a one night stay. The front desk informed me as I arrived that I need to have a physical credit card which I don’t have because it’s a company account. I informed the manager that I will have my procurement manager sign the credit card authorization form remotely to verify that it’s legitimate. They informed me I need to send it in 24 hrs in advance. I was extremely disappointed because I always book Hilton as a diamond member and for a one night stay seems a bit extreme.
