  The hotel is very nice, and the breakfast is good, but the evening customer service was an awful experience for me upon arrival. I was being dropped off by my best friend, and many questions were thrown at me, assuming many other guests were going to stay with me in my room. Not the case. I was the only one who stayed each night, but I should not have been treated rudely regardless. When you are the face of the hotel, I think that you should give superb customer service and not make your guests feel unwelcome the second they arrive. I was exhausted after a long flight and regretted choosing this place because I was being spoken to very rudely. I requested something and was given a lousy excuse for not providing what I was requesting. The customer service in the morning was good, and the staff were nice and helpful. The night was a completely different experience. Also, there was a light outside that was so bright, and it was hitting my room window. No one wants to sleep with a light shining inside their room. I hope no one has to feel the way I did after taking an emergency flight to attend my Grandpa's funeral.

  In comparison to other motels in the area, this place is honestly heaven. Even compared to other Texas motels in the same price range, it still stands out. The property is very clean, well maintained, and genuinely dog friendly. And yes, it is actually clean. No mold, no grime, and none of the issues I have encountered at other Lake Jackson motels and hotels. This Best Western Plus was a relief to stay in and made the trip far more pleasant. I highly recommend it to anyone who values cleanliness, comfort, and their sanity.

  All around perfect! The hospitality of the staff made my stay. The after hours security entrance setup made it secure, and the breakfast options made for great morning start. Will be coming back.

  First time here and me and my boyfriend loveee this hotel. The staff are extremely nice and easy to talk to. When I first got in yesterday Mrs. Debbie recommended a Mexican spot to eat at which was very good. She talked to me like she had been knowing me for years. This morning I woke up too late to get breakfast and they allowed me to still get some things that were left over. The hotel is clean, rooms are nice, and the property itself is nice and not overcrowded.
