  Melody, the hotel clerk, was personable and knowledgeable. She was an excellent representative of the hotel. The hotel had an outstanding breakfast assortment, including homemade croissants.

  All the staff from the front desk to housekeeping were great. Melody the night shift reception was a great help on Thursday when we had some plumbing issues. We will be back to stay here in the future.

  The hotel is very nice, and the breakfast is good, but the evening customer service was an awful experience for me upon arrival. I was being dropped off by my best friend, and many questions were thrown at me, assuming many other guests were going to stay with me in my room. Not the case. I was the only one who stayed each night, but I should not have been treated rudely regardless. When you are the face of the hotel, I think that you should give superb customer service and not make your guests feel unwelcome the second they arrive. I was exhausted after a long flight and regretted choosing this place because I was being spoken to very rudely. I requested something and was given a lousy excuse for not providing what I was requesting. The customer service in the morning was good, and the staff were nice and helpful. The night was a completely different experience. Also, there was a light outside that was so bright, and it was hitting my room window. No one wants to sleep with a light shining inside their room. I hope no one has to feel the way I did after taking an emergency flight to attend my Grandpa's funeral.
