When I told the staff they said they would look into it. Still cold after 2 nights. I had even called in before we booked to confirm hot tub was working. That did kinda suck.

I’m very surprised this hotel has almost 4.5 stars on google. It smelled old, seemingly ran out of hot water, hot tub was not working, bits of mold in the showers, and I’m 99% sure I was bit by a spider. For $89/night it could’ve been worse. That being said, BOOK WITH CAUTION.
