  Dear Management Team, I wanted to take a moment to personally recognize Ruth at your front desk for her exceptional service and professionalism during a recent reservation I made for one of my drivers. This was not a straightforward booking. Due to the circumstances, I had to make the reservation on behalf of another individual using my own card, which required navigating a third-party website, completing a credit card authorization (CCA), and coordinating details remotely. Throughout this entire process, Ruth went far above and beyond what is typically expected. She remained patient, resourceful, and fully engaged in helping me get everything completed correctly. At one point, she even offered to FaceTime with me on her personal phone so she could walk me through the process step-by-step. That level of dedication and willingness to help is extremely rare and speaks volumes about her commitment to customer service. Additionally, Dynasty White was quick to support the process by providing the necessary CCA form, and the coordination between them made what could have been a frustrating situation go smoothly. In my line of work, I deal with hotels and reservations frequently, and I can confidently say that this level of service is not common. Ruth’s performance stood out in a big way, and she is a true asset to your team. Please ensure she receives the recognition she deserves for going above and beyond to assist a customer.   I would give 5 stars but I’m sorry the hotel cleaning staff never cleaned my room at all while I was there. They made up my bed with the same sheets and pillow cases I had and the reason I know is because eyeliner was on my pillow from the day before that I mistakenly got on there. My bathroom was only restocked with towels and toilet paper but they never wiped down the sink, cleaned the shower or toilet and did not vacuum. Cleaning staff needs to be addressed about skipping rooms for cleaning. However people at the front desk are really nice.

  The hotel was very clean and neat. The staff are friendly and it is a great place to bring the family. The near by Lions Park is awesome.

  There was hair in the bathtub and on top of the toilet seat. They have very limited channels. There’s an option to use airplay or chromecast but neither of the options actually work. Calling the front desk isn’t going to get you any assistance. The beds are very comfortable. But the carpets need to be shampooed and professionally cleaned. Breakfast is waaaaayyyy overpriced. Oh yeah and one 20oz bottle of sprite was over $4!

  Hotel is always amazing. Staff is always on Ruth the night auditor always goes above and beyond. I stay here about 4 to 5 days out of the week. Staff is always kind courteous and goes out of their way to service others. There's no other hotel that I love to stay at more than the Holiday Inn in Killeen.
