  Company I work for has 2 different locations here being built simultaneously, and we book a fair amount of rooms during the work week, I’ve stayed in 2 other hotels here in the Killeen/HH area, and it seems everyone is missing something. With this one, the lack of connectivity for anything other that a phone is ridiculous. I carry my ps5, cause when it’s finally able to connect to the internet I have Netflix, hbomax, prime, crunchyroll, paramount, everything on one device that I’m not having to prop up or hold, and then squint to look at.. ask the front deck about Ps5 connections.. said not allowed.. I fail to see any reason why….. user agreement on phone mentions when first connecting about not downloading items, I’m guessing they are referring to piracy, which PlayStations are never really used in that way anyways. Laptops are a much better device, and they will let guests hook those up.. even with the rooms being acceptable, breakfast is small but acceptable, and the location is great, I’ve gotta give two stars based on something EVERY other hotel sets as basic in included.

  Need coffee pots in the rooms and ice buckets! Other than that I love the keyless check in. Great hotel.

  Stayed here for two nights, while visiting Killeen Texas. Super clean rooms, very comfortable bed and pillows. Free WiFi, nice TV, and work desk area. A little bit of road noise from the Hwy, but that is to be expected. I would definitely book with Spark again when I am visiting Killeen. Bonus points for good coffee too!

  I and my spouse stayed here for two weeks. This hotel has been lovely. The room was clean and had some minor issues but nothing to complain about. The staff were lovely and always were able to help with our concerns. They have a free breakfast which is always nice. Only complaint was the wifi for our gaming system was slow but no big issues! The hotel was also surprisingly quiet. We stayed on the first floor and there were wasn’t much noise going around. They have a guest laundry and guest gym. The laundry is $3 for washing and $3 for drying. The hotel is cashless so bring quarters if you need to wash! Also located very close to an H-E-B plus so that was very convenient!
