Great staff. Very accommodating! I called three different times to set up three different reservations and they were very patient, kind and courteous!

Booked the Spark for the price.
Rooms were clean and spacious. The hooks in the main bedroom to hang jackets was a nice touch. I don’t like using closest when only overnight. Out of sight, out of mind. Small fridge, no freezer.
Bathroom had the big countertops for toiletries. Ice maker and water refill was on the main floor. Breakfast was a bagel bar, cereal, oatmeal packs, yogurt, and hard boiled eggs. Will agree with an another post, the elevator could use a deep clean and touch ups. This location only provided one water per room at check-in vs two bottles at other Spark and Hilton locations. No pool. Can’t comment on location as I do not know the area but hotel was easy to find.

The staff is amazing the lady with black hair at the front desk sorry forget her name but she made my experience here so special I really appreciate her kindness This is a decent hotel in a decent location. Close to restaurants and a Supermarket. The staff is nice. The rooms are clean and comfortable. But the a/c is absolutely annoying it’s loud. Then the dog barking is also annoying. The reviews about the breakfast are definitely true. I woke up to go get breakfast and was highly disappointed. There was only cereal, muffins and packaged oatmeal. I have a long stay here for seven days. It’s really not acceptable. But everything about the hotel was nice. The check-in was easy. I was able to go right to my room with the mobile key. The little market with snacks and water is expensive $4 for water. I do recommend staying here

The front desk woman is not at all helpful. 10-20-25 (4:30p) she wasn’t able to find my reservation. I suggested she reach out to someone who will be able to assist her (assuming she may be new) she said she already did. And that she can’t find it, I’d have to figure it out, nothing she could do. That was frustrating. So I called Hilton customer support(what she should have done) and the reservation was immediately found. The customer service rep on the phone was fantastic. Knowledgeable and professional. The women at the front desk, lazy, full of excuses, rude, and lacks empathy for others. She also was speaking poorly of me to the maintenance boy. Thinking I wasn’t within ear shot. She didn’t like that I had nothing to say to her after I had to do her job, and find someone to teach her how to do her job. Seriously offensive behavior talking poorly of customers. The maintenance boy who she was talking to, slammed the front desk door as my daughter and I were walking in to the elevator, further prompting the crap service, and what truly pushed this 1 star review. Made my daughter anxious, she has mental disability, and you made her extremely anxious and cry from the door slamming, clearly displaying aggression and disrespect because of their little insider crap behavior. The elevator is absolutely disgusting, doesn’t look like it has been cleaned since the remodel. The room lacks in basics. No storage. Rooms are small. Not worth the money, not the Hilton experience I expected. Won’t return. Train the desk woman to do her job. And teach the maintenance BOY to be respectful. Clean your hotel.

This was a horrible experience. The hotel itself was actually decent but upon leaving the property did NOT give me my deposit back. I had to call them to inquire and they tried to tell me the room smelled of marijuana when there was NO smoking in the room. They even tried to say they had to shut the room down.
The worse part of all this is they said I was on a DNR list. Don’t you think if someone is on a DNR list and if they aren’t getting their $50 deposit back you should at least call or text or email someone? This place doesn’t think that!!
Save your time and money and go elsewhere. There are 3 or 4 other hotels on that same street!
