  Had everything that I needed, plus located close to all the Restaurants, and activities but not so close that you get the noise.

  Our room was infested with fleas. They completely covered my legs as soon as I walked in the room. The guy at the front desk suggested we brought them in and didn’t want to refund the room. He also refused to get the manager involved. Absolutely disgusting establishment. Very unprofessional response to wanting a refund. Stay away from this hotel. Go down the street to the courtyard. Much better service and no fleas. Edit: I have contacted Dora with no response. This matter has been taken up with corporate and the local health department. Upon further investigation, this is not the first occurrence of a flea infestation at this hotel within the last 6 months. Do not give this hotel your time or your money.

  Well here we go… at first glance it looks like a normal best western plus or just as good as hotel as the other brand names out there, unfortunately it went downhill almost immediately. The first and foremost reason I was originally drawn to this specific location was because of the EV charger out front. That turned out to be the worst reason to book a stay here because it’s been broken for FOUR YEARS (according to google reviews of the last few years). Next issue was the front door… it being broken and all and stoping barely halfway open was a real issue and possible lawsuit (when not if) when I told the staff about the problem, they apparently had no idea it was broken and said they’d say something to Maitenance; the issue wasn’t resolved in a 7 day period, how? Breakfast was bare and nothing to write home about, nothing above and beyond and it was the same food everyday if not every other day. Front staff were almost never truly helpful. Any issues or concerns being brought up, “I’ll let me manager know” or “I’ll text maintenance”. Speaking of which, when the dryer wouldn’t work after I paid, she said she’d text somebody but only called after I asked her to call instead because of you know, wet clothes possible sitting around for a prolonged period of time? When the maintenance guy got there (25mins later) he told me he started on the job 2 weeks ago and it’s been broken since then. Why not put an out of order sign up? My guess is as good as anybody. The front staff were loud at any time of the night when guests arrived or didn’t calm the noisy guests down and could be heard from out first floor room (sucks when your sleep is being interfered with for the worst of reasons). If the staff weren’t loud with whatever conversations with guests, they let them walk around barefoot and prop their dirty feet on the waiting area furniture (middle of the day I mind you). I was planning on staying for an additional 5 nights for work reasons but easily decided against it and booked another hotel elsewhere so I could get better than the bare (if that) minimum. Who knows if I’ll come back to a best western but I for sure know I’m not coming back here.

  Clean and comfortable. The housekeeping staff was fantastic. Very nice rooms and great check in and out. Pleased with the experience.
