- DBDarla BrownFeb 10, 20265.0The best HIE I've stayed in. We got a suite, it was huge for a HIE. Our room had a private balcony. It appeared all rooms facing the pool had a balcony. The pool was really nice, it was too cool to swim though. The breakfast was typical for HIE. They kept the items replenished and fresh.

I called the hotel about 4 or 5 times before some one called me back. They said that they would check the room. A couple days later I called again, and they said they did a quick check but didn’t find anything, but would send me 5,000 hotel points for my trouble. They never sent the points. If you value not getting eaten by bed bugs you’ll find a nicer hotel.
