I arrived at the hotel at noon and requested a check in. I was turned away with a promise that it would only be an hour. I returned 90 minutes later to be told I could not check in because a supervisor had not checked the rooms. I needed to use the restroom and it was so far from the lobby area that I could not walk the length of the hallway. I was in tears And sat in the lobby for 20 minutes, just sobbing. The hotel staff just stood there and talked among themselves offering zero help. When I composed myself, I walked up to the counter and asked if a supervisor could possibly check one room. The woman who originally had turned me away acquiesced to my request and I was finally allowed to check in at 2:30 PM. After I settled into my room, I checked my receipt and realized I had been overcharged by $75. The woman who checked me in had changed the price than what my confirmation email had quoted me. I then had to contact Hilton to get this straightened out. I would never stay there again.
