The free Breakfast was good. Egg omelette was really good and bacon was just right. The hotel lobby didn't smell fresh. But had nice seating area. The rooms itself were decent . The pillowcases didn't smell fresh. Maybe need different fabric softener. The pool was nicely heated and decent size. Overall decent hotel.

For those of you road warriors who regularly stay at Hampton Inns, you'll soon realize they have a spectrum of properties from good to really good. This property is solidly in the " really good" category. The property is approximately 4 years old and good for the business traveler as well as retired folks on a road trip. The restaurant is spacious and the hot and cold offerings were tasty and fresh. The rooms were functional and the bed was typical comfy bed we've all come to expect. Parking was easy and convenient. Staff was friendly, and we will visit this property again on a future trip.

They “ upgraded” my room without even asking. By “upgrading” they meant they stole a bed. I booked 2 queens for four people. They “upgraded” me to one bed and a fold out sofa. Not even a queen fold out sofa. This is NOT AN UPGRADE! Sadly, it was here or nowhere. I have not one nice thing to say about this hotel.

The staff at the front desk was absolutely hateful towards me. I had driven all night and had been at the dentist all morning. I arrived at the hotel at noon and requested a check in. I was turned away with a promise that it would only be an hour. I returned 90 minutes later to be told I could not check in because a supervisor had not checked the rooms. I needed to use the restroom and it was so far from the lobby area that I could not walk the length of the hallway. I was in tears And sat in the lobby for 20 minutes, just sobbing. The hotel staff just stood there and talked among themselves offering zero help. When I composed myself, I walked up to the counter and asked if a supervisor could possibly check one room. The woman who originally had turned me away acquiesced to my request and I was finally allowed to check in at 2:30 PM. After I settled into my room, I checked my receipt and realized I had been overcharged by $75. The woman who checked me in had changed the price than what my confirmation email had quoted me. I then had to contact Hilton to get this straightened out. I would never stay there again.
