When we visited on a weekday, only 1 person was working at the front of the restaurant, and she had to take orders, make drinks, deliver room service orders, and give bills to all tables eating in the restaurant. It's impossible for her to do it all. But her attitude was the greatest and warmest. I hope the operation of hotel recognizes, and also provides her support in the future.

The friendly staff were definitely attentive and most importantly took pride in their location. Both my wife and I hated to leave. The location near Katy Mills with restaurants and shopping made a perfect location for this trip. We will definitely be back.
