  Sehr gute Lage an der Autobahn Walmart und Outlet zu Fuss erreichbar. Nettes Personal schöne Lobby. Frühstück mit Rührei, kleinen Frikadellen frischen Obst und Joghurt. Zimmer haten wir ein Upgrade zur Suite. Raum war groß und sauber. WiFi gut. Pool mit HotTub.

  - we received two free bottles of water upon check-in - nighttime desk clerk was friendly, morning clerk, less friendly and not interested in working - shower gets warm, not hot - sink splashes a lot - no bathroom vent - bathroom outlet didn't work - one of the desk outlets didn't work - bench is stained, bathroom floor mat was stained - bed cover was very thin, no comforter, flat pillows - a/c works very well, though a little noisy - no bugs at all - no smell at all - we were the first to arrive at breakfast, about 15 after opening time. Coffee was empty, the fridge was locked, and only contained milk and butter. Had to ask the front desk to open it, then she put two Silk drinks in it. - microwave was sticky (we were the first there, so they had not cleaned it from the day before), and only heated 10 seconds at a time - food was not fresh, and not well-stocked - powered eggs and powdered cheese--gross - heard other customers complain about the lack of oatmeal and the tasteless gravy - the kitchen lady didn't show up until 7:00 - coffee was still empty when we left at 7:30 Fine for a one night pass-through if you're not banking on breakfast and paying under $100/night.

  No cash, cards only Great service bed is not going to be comfortable for everyone. Bed was perfect for me. Bed may be too soft or too hard for others. Plenty of parking no fighting for over crowded parking. Walmart, Starbucks, and local restaurants within walking distance.

  This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. For five straight days, there was absolutely no room service provided. The room was never cleaned, towels were not replaced, and basic housekeeping was completely ignored. It’s unacceptable for any hotel to operate this way, especially when guests are paying for a comfortable stay. What made the situation even worse was the attitude of the staff. When I raised the issue, the employees were rude, dismissive, and acted as if the problem didn’t matter. There was no apology, no effort to resolve the situation, and clearly no concern for customer satisfaction. A hotel that cannot provide basic room service for five days straight and treats guests with this level of disrespect should seriously reconsider how it operates. I would not recommend staying here unless you’re comfortable being ignored and receiving zero service.
