My only concern regarding the beds in the ADA rooms were at the same height as regular beds in regular rooms. In other hotels I've experienced they are wheelchair height for easier transfer. Despite the obstacles, Alicia was so helpful and even assisted in looking for a stepstool to accommodate my needs. Very thankful she was very accommodating. If I had no disability I would return.
