    Be prepared to pay a CASH deposit of $50 per room. You will get it back at checkout, but you'll have to wait while your room is checked for damage.

    I am giving 3 stars because of dirty carpets in rooms with lot or smell. Overall beds are comfortable and room was spacious. While I do the booking I got a message from property to submit 100 dollar cash while check in. While inquiring with front desk they said it’s an order from the owner. Even they forced me to take out the cash from ATM machine but I refused as I was having only credit card.

    Extremely Disappointed – Cash Deposit Policy Makes No Sense this is a SHAME!!! I travel frequently and stay at Best Western properties around 100 nights a year, but this experience was absolutely unacceptable. I arrived late at night with a confirmed reservation, only to be told that the security deposit must be paid in cash only. In 2025, it’s ridiculous that a global hotel brand like Best Western doesn’t accept a card, digital wallet, or virtual payment for a deposit. I had my valid reservation and ID, yet they refused to check me in just because I didn’t have physical cash. After years of loyalty, I expected better service and flexibility. This policy is completely outdated and shows zero understanding of how modern travelers operate. I hope corporate management reviews this location’s practices, because this experience really damaged my trust in the brand.

    I booked a Suite for 3 adults for business trip. We got there and they wanted $100 cash deposit for incidentals and he said I could use the ATM but I dont carry an ATM card nor do I carry cash. ATMs like that in a lobby are there to profit who ever owns the ATM, in my opinion, that is why they want a cash deposit instead of using my card. After going round and round my son had like 45 bucks and that was enough, they also didnt want us to have animal in our room and wanted to charge extra for her, anyways... we get to our room and there are no sheets or blankets or pillows for the sleeper sofa so we call the front desk and he informs us housekeeping is already gone and he doesn't have access to the line cloths, so we go to Walmart to buy a blanket for my son to sleep under. There were only 2 towels and no wash clothes. That night when my husband was taking out his service animal for a potty break, staff commented, "yall are checking out tomorrow, right? " which is rude and they didnt even want our service animal there. Which my husband served 21 years in the United States Air Force and has a service animal to help with some of his issues. This was not a good experience from a Best Western. We always stay at BW when we travel, always. May have to start rethinking that decision.

    I stayed at Best Western Cy-Fair recently and had a really great experience. The staff was super friendly and made me feel welcome right away. Check-in was fast, and my room was clean, comfy, and quiet.
