Reserved my room under government rate and when I checked in they charged me a totally different rate making my room 45 more than the rate I booked at. Then explained to me they wouldn't accept my government ID but not until they had already charged my card for the room. Her husband or boyfriend or whatever is a creeper in the lobby watching everything made me feel highly uncomfortable!!!! She was rude to me when explaining i had a medical alert service animal. There are homeless people scouring the parking lot like the den of thieves too. Make sure everything is locked up and leave dash cams running for insurance purposes!!! I never ever had trouble like this from this hotel but you best believe this girl working the front desk today made yall lose myself and several other customers after tonight. I work in the heavy haul industry and there are many of us pilot cars and truck drivers that have been staying here that will now go somewhere else because of this! I wont be coming back here due to the change in rates without my prior knowledge! The rude desk clerk acting like she was god and her creeepy boyfriend that sat in the lobby like an ax murderer in waiting while she loudly announces cedar everyone's rooms number like she was telling him! This hotel is fraud at its finest!
