Called to verify price for a room. Shannon answered. I have never been treated that horribly on The phone from someone. I would never stay at a place with someone who can't even handle a phone call. Good job shannon.

It was okay. Nothing terrible, but nothing to brag about either. Room was decent, staff was fine, just kind of average all around. Bed could’ve been softer, breakfast wasn’t anything special, and the vibe felt a little tired. Not the worst stay, but probably wouldn’t rush back.

Desk ckerk on 10/08/25 around 5pm is rude and crooked. Reserved my room under government rate and when I checked in they charged me a totally different rate making my room 45 more than the rate I booked at. Then explained to me they wouldn't accept my government ID but not until they had already charged my card for the room. Her husband or boyfriend or whatever is a creeper in the lobby watching everything made me feel highly uncomfortable!!!! She was rude to me when explaining i had a medical alert service animal. There are homeless people scouring the parking lot like the den of thieves too. Make sure everything is locked up and leave dash cams running for insurance purposes!!!
I never ever had trouble like this from this hotel but you best believe this girl working the front desk today made yall lose myself and several other customers after tonight. I work in the heavy haul industry and there are many of us pilot cars and truck drivers that have been staying here that will now go somewhere else because of this!
I wont be coming back here due to the change in rates without my prior knowledge! The rude desk clerk acting like she was god and her creeepy boyfriend that sat in the lobby like an ax murderer in waiting while she loudly announces cedar everyone's rooms number like she was telling him!
This hotel is fraud at its finest!

Hotel is clean and staff was super nice. I had to stay here because my father was in hospice care down the street. The staff made my stay very welcoming during such a hard time for me. I was constantly checking out and adding days and they completely understood and made everything so easy for me.
