- ZNZachary Van NessFeb 21, 20265.0Went here because my family lives in Jacksonville, for a 3 star hotel it was really good. The new owners have definitely turned this place around. Breakfast was so much better and the service was amazing. Needed an extra pillow and a bunch of extra stuff that they easily accommodated without hesitation. Sue, the manager, is one of the nicest people I've met and made my stay here all that much better. 10/10 will sleep here again!
- IHIzz HernandezFeb 1, 20263.0The staff was great! The room was okay if that. The TV volume is not loud enough to hear. The bathroom lighting was terrible. The shower head hardly worked. The room door was not square which left a gap on top so that you could hear everything from the hallway and vice versa. I had set up for a late checkout for 1pm but that was ruined due to the fire alarm going off at 9:30 in the morning! I think they had some maintenance going on and accidentally set it off either way all I wanted was to sleep in. Fortunately I was not charged for the extra 30 minutes from the regular 11am check out.
