  This is an exceptional location with a outstanding service and staff. However one employee raised the Bar and assisted me with signing up to Best Westerns Reward And so much more her Name is Alia Ash at the DFW North location 👏🏿. The next exceptional service is from Richa. This young lady is a constant professional and goes above and beyond to accommodate guest needs.

  The room I stayed in I could smell mildew in the restroom. Because I missed the connecting flight due to my original flight being late arriving the airline gave me a free voucher for this hotel. I only stayed one night on on a Tuesday and it is now Sunday and I am still experiencing sinus and upper respiratory problems. It looked like mildew at the bathtub area had been caulked over.

  My motel room is clean, has a queen size pillow top mattress. The water is hot and the pressure in the shower is great. I was only here for 6 hours due to a missed flight. I had a nice rest and refreshing shower. There is a blow dryer, an iron and ironing board in the vanity area. The TV is a nice size and the AC gives a nice "sound machine" level of noise to help drown out the sounds from outside. They provide coffee in room and in the lobby. I heard there was breakfast at 7:00 but I left at 5:25 so I didn't get to see how that was. They have a free shuttle that runs 24 hours. Overall it is a nice motel if you are flying out of DFW.

  Breakfast is a joke. 5 or so muffins. 2 generic cereal options. Milk was about empty and was when I used it. No water. Juice machine seemed to leak. Faulty/cheap coffee cup lid popped off after 3 steps. Badly scalding my hand. There was already paper in the toilet. When using it I see why. 4 flushes and still not fully cleared. Bed was quite comfortable. Aside from the bathroom it looks like they have somewhat remodeled. Check in is via some kind of atm type device. Not a fan. The desk guy started to check me in but I still had to get the key from the machine. The 3 people behind were still dealing with the machine when I went to my room. Waiting on the airport shuttle, 25 min I'm told. Annoying persistent beeping noise in reception. Quite a modern space with comfortable chairs.

  The shuttle for this hotel is the worst thing ever the driver constantly switches between gas and break every second, The passenger door was not properly closed the entire time, and the van has a check engine light. The driver honestly shouldn’t be allowed on the roads. The van also has a leak and dripping water from the top. The driver also hasn’t even used his blinker once!!!!
