  Trash they have ants in my room no manager on duty so what's the only person on the front desk suppose to do. Also near the rear exit it smells like someone did #2 in a bag and left it by the steps it was a bad smell all night. Once again nobody picked clean or even considered to take care of it.

  Good hotel at this price point. They're redoing the dry wall in the halls, and the elevator. Also has a great breakfast selection and comfortable indoor/outdoor areas Very quiet, good choice if you're flying out of DFW and don't want too much noise.

  Do not stay here. It is NOT new hotel as stated online. It is ant infested filth. Went to front desk several times about room covered in ants. Never did anything. The elevator is so old it grinds to work and does not stop on floors correctly. 2nd floor caving in so old. Walk on and feels like falling in. Laundry out of order only one washer without sign. Smell was so bad made me vomit. After loading wouldn't work, lost all my laundry soap, beads, and softener which was not cheap. Picture is elevator. Make larger snd see hos rigged snd filthy

  As you'll see below this place is in very rough shape. I believe IHG needs to investigate either the franchisee that owns the property for severe lack of maintenance or condemn the facility. I travel a lot for work and almost always stay with IHG. Unfortunately this particular hotel was a far cry from the standard IHG typically has in the hotels. The good things. Rooms were fairly clean, especially in the important areas such as the bed. It was quiet even being on the first floor. Staff was knowledgeable and the breakfast was good and had a good variety of items to choose from. The bad things. No joke, everything else! Maintenance is a very foreign concept here. The floor was very uneven and wavy as if the subfloor had rotted out over the years and the carpet was holding it all together. The walls in the hallways had been patched in countless places but not repainted, even during the 5 days we were there. Missing or damaged "exit" signs for emergency evac. Severely outdated couch that was in really rough shape, tvs from 15+ years ago that wouldn't even turn on no matter what I tried to do. Kitchen cabinets didn't all close correctly and didn't offer much in the way of cooking utensils/pans despite the hotel that it is. Both smoke detectors had their batteries die at 2 different times. The front desk had no spares and had to wait until the next day to have their "maintenance" team replace it. We ended up wrapped them up in a towel and shoved them in the microwave just to sleep at night. The mattress was clean but definitely at the end of its useful life. Of all the hotels I've ever stayed at it isn't the worst. I have abandoned hotel rooms before and went elsewhere, but this was in the top 5 of worst hotels I've stayed at. Would not recommend and will not stay again.
