- LDL. DianneApr 8, 20264.0When I spoke to the attendant at the egg grill, I spoke to her in Spanish as she was in a conversation with her colleague in Spanish. It was disappointing that she didn't respond to me in Spanish. Then, pressed her lips together. The act let me know that it was intentional. It seemed clear that she heard me as we were the only ones in the dining area at in the early morning hours. My order wasn't right. Since, she had a bad demeanor towards me, it was pointless for me to reorder. Who knows what they would have done to my food. I spoke in English when placing my order. If she didn't understand, then I could have repeated in either language for clarity or sign language for that matter. The shuttle drivers were gems.

After a long flight, we arrived late in the middle of the night only to find that our reservation had been canceled—even though we had called multiple times earlier that day to provide our credit card information as requested, and confirmed after all that everything was ok. We were left without a room in cold weather, exhausted, and with no real support from the manager on duty, who did not offer any solution. The only person who tried to help was the front desk agent, and we truly appreciate his effort. Completely unacceptable handling of a situation that could have been easily avoided.
