- GHGeoff Hall4 days ago5.0This is a great hotel. It is a 3-Star category hotel with awesome service. The rooms are great and breakfast is included. I was stranded after canceled flights and this was the perfect solution. Bed and breakfast before back to the airport!
- CMClaire MNov 14, 20255.0Surprisingly good hotel experience. This is clearly a very new hotel and everything was extremely clean. Got a great night of sleep in a very comfortable bed. Solid breakfast for this level of hotel and bonus there is a 24 hr whataburger basically across the street which was perfect for a snack after a late flight.

She also went above and beyond by recommending several great food spots—some within walking distance and others just a short drive away—which was exactly what I needed. McKinzie is the kind of person every hotel should have at the front desk. Friendly, helpful, welcoming, and full of personality. Five stars all the way.

My room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location is super convenient—right by the airport, but still quiet and relaxing. It honestly felt like a home away from home. A special shoutout to General Manager Helio—he was so attentive, greeting guests personally and making sure check-in went smoothly. I’ve never seen that kind of hands-on care from a GM before. I’ll definitely be coming back on my next trip!

Mackenzie helped me pick out a quiet room to get a good night’s sleep and Alicia helped me find a quiet study zone and made sure I was fueled up. I really hope these two ladies get some sort of recognition!! S/O to them! The rooms are fantastic and this hotel has everything you need. It’s also very close to DFW airport and they have shuttles. Breakfast was also good! Also loved the 24/7 coffee and nice work spaces. I enjoyed my stay here immensely and definitely plan to come back!
