The only redeemable quality about this hotel is that it was free due to my delayed flight. Phone wasn’t working, heating unit was janky, mattresses were stained, no directory for local eats, extremely vague instructions due to language barriers. I’ve stayed in many hotels, including micro-motels, and this one is by far the worst I’ve ever been to. The location is nice for the airport, but other than that, you’d be much better off staying in another location.

We used the hotel to keep our car for a few days while we were out of town, since we live far from DFW.
They offer 24/7 shuttle service which is awesome; however, it was a nightmare. It a bit of a read but worth it.
I REALLY hope the hotel staff and owners see this review. I’m sure they won’t do anything about it cuz they obviously don’t care. But I hope this helps others when they consider them for a hotel or parking service. I gave them the benefit of the doubt once and now… never again.
Incident #1
I called BEFORE (3.5 hours) we got on our flight back home. They said “call us back when you land”. I called right when we landed in DFW. They answered and said “go to the D1 or D40 area and then call us back again and we’ll give you more instructions”. I’m not sure why they couldn’t just tell me everything in ONE call.
It was 9:30pm, I had my children with me AND I still had to drive another 3 hours to get home. Well, I called back and let the phone ring until it couldn’t ring anymore. I call back… nothing. I called back again and it rings a couple times and they hang up on me right away. I called from my kids’ phones… same thing.
I was in a panic and trying to get a taxi to take me 1.5 miles to the hotel to get my car. For some reason they told us to go back to the shuttle area. My daughter was looking up Ubers that were going to cost $50 for 1.5 miles. My daughter was doing things in her end to help. I was so upset and had my kids out by the shuttle pickup area sleep and just wanting to get home. We were all tired.
Finally we called from one of my kids’ phones again and they finally pickup up and answered us… they answered like nothing happened. I remained calm and walked on eggshells hoping we’d get the shuttle soon. Finally, after 20 more mins, we got picked up.
I was so disgusted by how we were treated and how they could care less. I maintained my composure and just got into our car and got home safely.
Incident #2
I told myself, it could’ve just been a misunderstanding or a mishap. Things happen. I hesitantly used them again since they are one of the few hotels that offer 24/7 shuttles and another flight left at 6am, so we had to be there around 3:30am.
No problem getting to the airport.
But getting them to pick up to get us was the same nightmare!! We had to have someone else from our family, with a different area code, to call and get a shuttle for us!!! I’m sure they were screening the numbers.
They picked up and I told them where we were and they were like “how do I know you are in the right place?” Um, WHAT?! I asked “how do you want me to prove I’m here?!?!?!” Anyways. After about 45 mins we got a shuttle and got to our car…
Why?! Anyways, beware everyone!! I can’t see this being a one time thing. I’m sure this is happening all the time with other customers.
