Unfortunately, the shuttle driver’s behavior overshadowed this. When I requested an earlier airport shuttle departure heading to airport, I was told that the shuttle starts at 7:00 and to come down at that time.When I arrived to the shuttle pickup area, there wasn’t a driver in sight. 10 minutes later Tod, the shuttle driver cones from the back room. I asked if he’s able to take me to the airport but he refused to and said he had me down for the next ride and he wasn’t willing to be flexible as he drank his water walking around the front desk. When I was finally able to get a ride, he spoke to me in a rather condescending tone, lectured me the entire ride and made me feel extremely uncomfortable the entire drive. I love staying at this hotel, but this incident needs management’s attention. I hope steps are taken to ensure all staff uphold the same high standards that the front desk and other staff demonstrated. I also left a watch in the room that was never turned in by housekeeping.

- CLCrystal LynnOct 21, 20252.0I was really looking forward to this stay based on the beautiful photos online but unfortunately the experience didn't match the presentation. The property had a strong musty smell upon arrival and it is clear that the hotel has not been well maintained. There are visible Nicks and wear on the furniture throughout the room and common areas. The refrigerator in our room made constant noise throughout the night and the toilet seat didn't even match the bowl. Small details but they add up. Overall the hotel feels like it's an older property that was renovated quickly and without much attention to detail or comfort. Staff was polite but not really friendly and the condition of the property really took away from what it could have been a relaxing experience. Unfortunately, I wouldn't stay here again unless significant improvements are made.
