- CCCody CoxJan 27, 20261.0I’ve been with IHG, staying over 200 nights a year for 6 years. 1/27/26 at 8:15pm was the first bad experience I’ve ever had. The guy behind the desk seemed high and lost, and got bent out of shape when I was trying to do the simple task of checking in. I stay too many nights in a hotel for someone at the desk to seem “dazed and confused” after an 8 hour drive and an early wake up tomorrow. I will start my loyalty at Hampton beginning tonight. IHG has lost a 6 year diamond member over the young man at the desk tonight.

Gross Flys and nats at breakfast. Really tried to like this place, but even with the renovation. This place is funky. And they didn’t seem to care.

There was parking for my semi tractor and my rental pick up truck. The room had everything we needed. We stayed in the King 1 Bedroom Suite with Living room and Kitchen with our little poodle. My husband and I felt so at home and she did too. It’s close to so many stores and restaurants and Walmart is right down the street. One thing I really liked was the free washer and dryers. Most hotels you still have to pay to use them, but not here. Thank you Staybridge we will definitely be back!

Já é minha terceira estada neste hotel. Todos os funcionários sempre muito cordiais, tive um pequeno problema de manutenção no banheiro do quarto, reportei na recepção, e de pronto momento, nos mudaram de quarto, pedido mil desculpas. Outra coisa, como nosso voo de volta pra casa seria início da noite, fiz o pedido de late checkout, a qual fui agraciado por uma funcionária muito simpática e prestativa. Enfim, assim que for finalizada a renovação, este hotel estará perfeito para a minha próxima estadia na região para o ano que vem!!!!
