Some of best customer service I have seen or received in years. The front desk employee Johnathan was outstanding. Shuttle bus driver Steven made the ride from the terminal to the hotel anything but dull. Great people person.

Great hotel. I enjoyed the full kitchen, and the rooms and bathroom were comfortable and clean.
I was surprised how quiet it was, even being near the main highway and airport. The inside of the room was pretty much silent.
I will continue to stay here when I'm in Dallas for my flights from now on. 👍

Rented the one bedroom suit and let me tell you. This is worth the money. Almost as good as my timeshare rentals. Location has plenty around the area with no more than a short drive.

Johnathon at the front desk delivered exceptional service and truly represented the IHG brand—professional, supportive, and genuinely caring. Unfortunately, the shuttle driver’s behavior overshadowed this. When I requested an earlier airport shuttle departure heading to airport, I was told that the shuttle starts at 7:00 and to come down at that time.When I arrived to the shuttle pickup area, there wasn’t a driver in sight. 10 minutes later Tod, the shuttle driver cones from the back room. I asked if he’s able to take me to the airport but he refused to and said he had me down for the next ride and he wasn’t willing to be flexible as he drank his water walking around the front desk. When I was finally able to get a ride, he spoke to me in a rather condescending tone, lectured me the entire ride and made me feel extremely uncomfortable the entire drive.
I love staying at this hotel, but this incident needs management’s attention. I hope steps are taken to ensure all staff uphold the same high standards that the front desk and other staff demonstrated. I also left a watch in the room that was never turned in by housekeeping.
