  I’ll start with the good. Parth is the unsung hero of this property. He addressed every request I had with kindness, a smile and a solution. Despite all of the inconveniences I faced during my stay, Parth always made me feel like I could voice them and he would be happy to help me. I wish more people were like Parth. Maria, showed up to prepare breakfast everyday of my stay, even on Christmas. I appreciate Maria’s dedication to the guests at this hotel. The hotel is close to the airport and some decent tex mex restaurants. The less than good: The hotel is dated. There is no doubt about that. Everything aside from the walls needs to be replaced. I’m talking furniture, fixtures, carpets, washing machines, the elevator, kitchen cupboards and more. Also perhaps leS important but certainly disappointing the IHG app indicates the pool was heated and it is not. Overall, it’s a roof over your head, a place to shower and experience friendly staff. Expect nothing more.

  Overall we were very pleased with our stay. Two things to note, as it seems they’re transitioning from buying the building from another hotel company that didn’t seem to keep up with the property very well: 1) In our room, the bathroom door had experienced some very heavy water damage and it made the door difficult to open. There were also ants near the sink in the kitchen area. 2) The breakfast had pretty decent options and a nice variety (cereal, yogurt, tacos, muffins and bagels, juices to drink), but the eggs were questionable. Also, for the waffles there were great, but the waffle maker didn’t have visible instructions that the iron needed to be flipped. Other than that, the bed was comfy, sheets and pillows were plentiful, and it was fairly quiet. Location didn’t seem to have any issues. The staff was very kind to me and my family. It was too cold during our stay to bring our littles outside but they did have a really nice area outside for them to play and the pool looked great too. Wifi was fine though we didn’t need it much, TV worked fine, and all the lights and outlets in our room worked. If we were ever in the area again, we would definitely stay here.

  DON’T STAY HERE My stay at this Staybridge was far below what I expected from the brand. From the moment you arrive, it’s clear that the hotel is very old and poorly maintained. The elevator made me feel unsafe—it’s outdated, looks dirty, and I honestly felt gross touching the buttons. Inside the room, we even found cockroaches, which is completely unacceptable. We stayed for more than 11 days, and despite requesting it multiple times, housekeeping never came to clean the room—not even once. In the kitchen, no frying pans were provided, and both the refrigerator and dishwasher are extremely old and worn out. They also don’t offer the usual social evenings that Staybridge typically provides three days a week, which was another big disappointment. The breakfast was very poor as well: no fruit, no variety, and very limited options. On top of that, the Wi-Fi did not work at all during our entire stay. I needed it for work, and it never functioned properly. Overall, this hotel is far from the quality standard you expect from Staybridge, and I would not recommend it.

  Stayed in August under the Sonesta name. Hope they changed owners. Maintenance was the biggest issue. Cockroach in shower coming out of hole, sofa bed peed never recieved replacement, hallway hvac had spider webs and smelled like smoke. Pool was green and was told they'd open the next day instead of saying it was closed.
