  Hands down, the worst Staybridge Suites I have ever visited and I am a loyal IHG member that always books rooms at Staybridge when traveling. 1) Property is advertised as "new", not even close to new see photos. 2) No Monday - Wednesday evening social which this brand is known for. 3) Walking through the hallway, the walls are multiple tones of white where it has been damaged, repaired and touched up, not by a professional. Cabinets, walls, shower head look old, used and dirty. 4) Laundry room was gross, even a cockroach came by to visit me while I waited for dryer to finish.

  I haven’t read people’s reviews but I’m sure they’re just complainers. I am by no means super high maintenance but I am also certainly not low maintenance. I need things to be working right. I have been here for over a year and this place is a well oiled machine. Management is top notch and really want this place to do well as they are mid transitioning from sonesta to staybridge suites. They have people in here daily fixing and making sure everything is running smoothly. Now I can’t speak for every room, if water pressure is working and things like tv is working properly and other little things like if bugs are in rooms, I stay on a top floor and never had bugs, etc. Housekeeping is very good and works very hard. This place is a bit dated but they are about to pour millions into renovating everything here. As for the location, it’s completely safe and conveniently close to everything. If I had to criticize something. Like I said they are mid transitioning but if something needs fixing, yes the rooms and property is a bit dated but they are fixing that, the laundry room could use more machines, wifi could be stronger, more closet space would be nice. Maybe a second closet in the front. Now that I think about it a bigger gym with some more equipment to do full body workouts would be nice. I can understand why some people would post negative reviews when you only stay here for a few days and need wifi to be stronger or a more quality gym and expect more from staybridge but management truly is great and they are in the middle of making big changes so be patient. One thing that has deterred me from leaving is the fact that that management is incredible and this area is so safe . The last thing I want to do is leave and go somewhere where management sucks and be stuck in a lease. All I know is that the 2.7 stars is a completely unfair total review. And seeing soemthing like that makes me think twice now about judging a place solely on reviews. People are stupid. This place is great.

  Listen to the reviews. Don’t stay here! The staff are friendly and the exterior of the building is nice, but that’s where the positives end. It’s beyond obvious that the hotel owners do not care about the upkeep of their business. The hotel is desperate need of repair and it’s clear that regular maintenance has not been done. Broken door handles, leaking pipes in the halls, water damage in rooms… When I showed up I noticed that my kitchen was infested with ants (didn’t see any roaches luckily). The floor was dirty and the upholstery was stained and filthy. On top of that the hotel is wildly outdated. I notified the front desk about the ants and the response I got was: “Oh really? Ok, we’ll take a look”. No apologies, no concern at all. Very disappointing. After looking at everything, I’m amazed that someone could take so little pride in their business. I’ve stayed at Staybridge hotels for years and never had a bad experience until now. I intend to contact the IHG corporate office and notify them of some of these concerns because honestly this branch is damaging for the Staybridge brand.

  Good lord... Diamond Elite member here, I'm in IHG hotels roughly 170 nights a year. I've stayed in Staybridges across the country and this one is hands down the most RAGGEDY location I have ever been in. They invest literally nothing into this facility. And it wasn't one of those issues where we had one bad stay to blame it on. I stayed here for two nights, left, came back another night that week with an entirely new room and still.... Trash. So first issue is that they don't have hand soap or lotion in the rooms. Best to bring your own apparently. The walls in the common areas look run down and lack aesthetics. Our room the second night had a thermostat stuck at 80 degrees. Tried to call down to the front desk but of course the phones don't work (both nights, different rooms) one of our pillows had blood stains on it. Tvs in the bedrooms are SUPER OLD, like probably the early 2000s. How much are new Tvs these days like $200? Seriously to the owners of this place, invest some money into this facility, it's literally the worst staybridge I've ever been to.

  This hotel was extremely disappointing and felt unsafe. The property appears not to have been properly maintained for years. The elevator seemed unreliable, and both the walls and carpets throughout the hotel were in poor condition. Our room had a visible ceiling leak that had been poorly painted over, and the sprinkler heads were pushed down into the room, raising serious safety concerns. The bathtub backed up, and the faucet was partially pulled out of the wall, leaking water everywhere. Breakfast was largely inedible, with the exception of the make-your-own waffles. To make matters worse, I am now concerned about potential bed bug exposure. WiFi didn’t work. I paid more to stay here compared to other nearby hotels, expecting a higher-quality experience, and was sorely disappointed. I would not recommend this property.
