    Stayed there for 5 nights and faced issues from the get go. First the rod in the cabinet for hangars was broken. Then they moved us to a different room and there was food underneath the inside of sofa bed, which was disgusting. When we told them about it, they just replaced the bedsheets and made the bed but the food was still there! When I reached out to Hilton Corporate, they said there’s nothing they could do as the hotel denies there was any food in the sofa bed. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU’RE OK WITH FILTH.

    Stayed there 5 nights for wedding in town. So first when we got a room, the rod inside the closet where we hang our clothes was broken. So we asked to change our room, and when we got moved to the new room, later that night we opened the sofa bed and there was disgusting food underneath it, and there was a red stain on blanket of the bed. So I took pictures and showed it to the front desk next morning, all they did was send me a basket of snacks saying sorry and change sheets towels. The food under the sofa bed was still there when I checked. Then I didn’t bother complaining because the hotel is clearly incompetent. Homewood has a satisfaction guarantee, and I was definitely not satisfied during my stay. Can the hotel owner can contact me, I would like a refund please. Would not recommend to stay here or any Hilton chain.

    My family and I had to travel for work Friday Oct. 10- Oct 13 2025. I am a first time Mom with an infant so I was very nervous on finding a safe, clean and comfortable place for our family. I am so glad we choose to stay here. The service, cleanliness and staff are amazing. The breakfast is great as well. We left loving everything about our stay here and it was perfect for our 10 month old son. Thank you to everyone at the hotel. You guys are doing a wonderful job.

    Been here a few times. They never have quarters here, so you can never do your laundry. Only hilton I’ve ever had this issue with. They should at least update the machines to pay digitally if you’re not gonna have quarters.
