Rooms were dirty at best and not sure when they were actually fixed or cleaned. We were given a room in block E which requires us to drive around and can’t pass through from front desk to the room!! No temp controls available to keep the room at cooler temps. List goes on and on. Avoid if you can.

Room overall look clean but when checking to bugs (just to make sure there weren’t any) we found a receipt under the sheet from February of this year. That is DISGUSTING. also one of the mirrors is not fully attached which is a safety hazard for littles.
- CHChip HardickDec 9, 20253.0Eh, hardly anything in the room to cook with. Kitchen and cookware dirty. Bathroom outdated and mold in the chaulk. Coffee machine in the room was a joke and coffee machine for the breakfast was broke. Huge disappointment.

She was handed over from previous clerk, a lobby full of guest waiting on rooms and a list of uncleaned rooms to be cleared by housekeeping. She calmly worked through those guest and helping others in-between. However, the rooms are out dated and ill equipped. How can there only be 2 kitchen chairs for a 2 bedroom suite. The ice maker was broken. There were no paper towels in the kitchen and the extra bed sheets for the pull out were missing from the room. Mold on the shower walls and the body wash container was missing from the shower. Lastly, tried to purchase six waters for my family and did not want to charge anything more to my room, the desk clerk informed me I could not purchase the waters for cash as she was not left the key for the money drawer. I expected the Hilton brand to be a better experience, while we were here competing in the body building show at the convention center. Do better Hilton.
