We will not stay in this hotel ever again. We didn't want to even eat in the lobby because it smells like rotten eggs, but we chose a specific room because my mother has problems walking they changed the room on us and we weren't even in the same building we requested so most of our vacation my mom was in pain. NEVER AGAIN!

The place was clean and in a safe part of town. The room needs lots of repair. The exterior door was broken, the sink would not drain, very limited cooking supplies, no can opener, the tub stopper would not stay shut, no body wash, the lotion dispenser was falling off the wall, the bathroom door was literally falling apart and separating from itself, and so on.

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights for a weekend conference. Our first room had soaking wet floors near the bed, and the counter was peeling multiple inches off of the wall, to the point where if we had put anything wet on it that item would have slid off onto the ground. Because of these problems we requested a new room. The lady at the desk was quite apathetic, but gave us a new room without problem. Our second room had a fairly strong musty smell in the living room, but it didn't affect the bedroom much, so we dealt with it by opening the windows for a few hours and using a large RV dehydrator I had in my car. The rest of the room was "okay". I would NOT call it up to Hilton standards, or even Choice Hotel standards for that matter, but it was "livable" for a few days.
The free breakfast was decent, but I did find it odd that the waffle setup was on a folding table, as opposed to a real table.
Overall the hotel has a general "our maintenance guy quit a year ago because management wouldn't give him a raise or fund anything" kind of vibe. I personally think that if this hotel does not turn its trajectory around it will be condemned in a year or two. This hotel takes the Hilton name and drags it through the mud and throws it off a cliff, Hilton corporate should be ashamed.

Rooms are in desperate need of repair and updating. Maintenance issues all over and the bathroom amenities are in bad shape. That being said, you can’t beat the location.

Only stayed a few days of my 2 week trip. 1st room's AC went out the 2nd day, the 2nd room sounded like there was a bird nest in the fridge. There is no maintenance people available after 4:30pm. Changed hotels after that.
