Reception notes that the General Manager (Jeffrey Loudin) gave the room I reserved and paid for to someone else and there are no more king beds. Why did Jeffrey Loudin give the room to someone else and not communicate this to me, I don’t know these things happen. However, Hilton is refusing to refund the difference in room costs to my credit card. This is CIVIL THEFT. Do not stay at this hotel, but if you do then don’t pay in advance.

The room was very clean and the bathrooms are super clean and well stocked for families! They had a well stocked breakfast and the fire pit 🔥 out front works well during the cold weather. The lobby has coffee and plenty of lounge space. The patio out front is very pretty and well organized.
- FWFrances Adel WilliamsOct 21, 20251.0Last night I arrived to Dallas and was treated baby by Matilde who was talking on phone so loud, couldn’t hear the male recepcionist I asked for a quiet room, man recepcionist gave me to a room on 2nd floor, it was so noise, I thought for several hours it was someone outside making so loud noise, could not sleep all night, I was cold so so turned the AC off and the noise stopped. I reported to front desk, so the can fix it, Ii didn’t sleep at all this hotel is not worth the $275.00 I paid! Going to Rome and this was a bad experience I had!
