    The location is PERFECT. The rooms are PERFECT. The service….sucks. Every other week I get a room that someone is already occupying, the front desk NEVER answers the phone and when they do, they are RUDE.

    Perfect stay with the super nice, warm, and friendly staff!! Tricia is the BEST!! She’s super helpful and giving us great advice for rental car drop off and shuttle bus to the airport!! Thank you Tricia. You made our last night in Texas wonderful. We’ll be back again because of you!! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!! ❤️

    Great place to stay if you need to be close to DFW for layover or early flight. Rooms were standard but nice with kitchenette and comfortable bed. Shuttle is convenient, but left earlier than our scheduled time which forced us to take an Uber to the airport. That would be my only complaint, otherwise it was great

    We stayed three nights at this Hilton Home2 Suites, and our final night was unacceptable. Our room (136) was directly next to the meeting room, where a loud party was held on the evening of December 13th. The noise included blasting music, shouting, and constant disturbance well into the night. We contacted the front desk three separate times. On the third call, around 8:30 PM, we were told there was nothing they could do. I also contacted Hilton directly and was informed that this was entirely the hotel’s responsibility and that they could not intervene. There was a complete lack of oversight. A sales or events manager should have been present to manage the situation, but instead the party was allowed to continue unchecked next to guest rooms. Hotels are meant for rest, not uncontrolled events. We had an international flight early the next morning and were left exhausted due to the hotel’s failure to enforce basic noise standards. This experience showed a clear disregard for guest comfort and was extremely disappointing Why would any decent hotel do this??

    After reading all of the good reviews, I was pretty disappointed to be honest with the service that I received. As a Hilton gold member I did use the chat service in the app to try and clarify information before arriving. The airport shuttle: I was advised that the airport runs from 4am until midnight, however after a long day of travelling and multiple delays, I called just prior to 11.30pm, was placed on hold for over 5mins, tried calling back multiple times and finally spoke to someone at 11.40pm to be told they the shuttle finished at 11.30pm to then have it drive past me outside(I definitely could have been on that shuttle). The communicated timings were inconsistent as the lady at the desk this morning said it’s a whole day thing. Free breakfast: after arriving at the hotel well after midnight and even though I requested a digital key, I had to go to the counter to have this sorted. The lady at check in did not advise me at all regarding breakfast timings so I went off the app, which said all day. Upon presenting to the breakfast area at 0930am, I asked what is included to be told that it finished at 0900am. To also have no other meals available and not be provided this information At checkin was extremely disappointing. I was advised this morning that there is a QR code in the room that had this information, however at checkin I didn’t know about it, and with such a late night I didn’t think to check it prior to going to bed at 1am. The laundry: I love that the hotel offers a guest laundry, this is fantastic. However I tried to find out information about it prior to arriving and would have loved to have known that I is coin operated only. I’ve stayed at other hotels that use apps to manage their laundry. Highly recommend upgrading to this as I had no cash and the nearest ATM was a 20min walk away at a gas station. I’m sure I’m not the first person to have this issue. The location is great that it’s close to the airport after a late or for an early flight but other than that, there’s really not much around. The room was big and had everything for a one night stay but it would have been nice to have some bottles of water in the room. The pillows were also way too soft and became basically flat once you put your head on them. This stay could have been made a whole lot better if shuttle and breakfast timings were communicated clearly as well as the laundry being coin operated only.
