    Can stress enough the disappointment I feel about this hotel. The only positive thing I can say about it is how close it is to the south entrance of DFW specially the rental car center. First of all the appearance of the hotel entrance and lobby. It just doesn't work. Too busy and complicated. When you arrive to a hotel of this kind, the last thing you want to do is think about where you're going. You're tired, sleepy and just want to go directly to your room. This place entrance it's just weird. My electronic key did not work. That meant I had to go back down with my bags to the front desk to get a physical card. The whole point of the electronic key is to bypass the counter. Nope. Had to go back down. Room had a funny smell. Not horrible, but noticeable. There is a desk but no chair. Where I'm am I supposed to seat to work on my computer??? Turned on the TV to see a blue screen. Defective TV that all is blue. Very annoying. Also a few stains on the shower floor. I know, I should've gone down again and request to be moved to another room, but honestly I was really tired and just wanted to sleep for a few hours and get ready for my very early flight. Hilton, you are loosing it and very fast. I travel every week for work all over the country. I've seen the good, the bad and the ugly. Believe me, this one is a solid ugly. Needless to say, I won't be staying there ever again. I'll go to the Embassy down the road next time.

    The room was nice and the location isn't too far from the job I was doing, but I'd like to point out that when booking through a third party, the front desk clerk tried to get me to use a personal card to put on file for losses and such. The third party already takes care of that, then we get billed through them. I called the third party company and set it straight, so the clerk refused to let me make any purchases unless I put a personal card on file. This is shady behavior. I will be reporting this to the third party company and have them remove this hotel from our lists for further assignments in the area.

    I came into DFW for a job interview and was greeted by Shane at the front desk. He was very friendly and accommodating and my experience at this hotel was excellent. It was clean, quiet, and next door to a decent and reasonably priced restaurant that offered 10% off to guests of the hotel. It’s also within a short walking distance to a 7-11. Shane even helped me cut the tags off my blazer and open my sparkling water bottle. The hotel offers shuttles on a regular basis to and from the airport, the gym is clean and modern, and I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone traveling, especially for work. Thank you for putting me at ease before my big day!

    Hana at the desk went above and beyond to help me get the room I needed. Everyone at the front desk are super nice. Very clean and quiet rooms. Haven’t heard my neighbors the whole stay.
