Parking lot could be better lit but rooms are clean and spacious. I have dust allergies and had no problem here. Places to eat right next door. Airport shuttle.

This hotel I really terrible. I arrived only to freshen up and rest for a few hours. Since the arrival at 7/8 PM, the recepcionist was speaking so loud I couldn’t heeat the receptionist-she was rude, Matilde, her name. After that they sent me to a room and it was so loud noise in bedroom. I couldn’t rest. And I’d call the front and they wouldn’t help fix the situation. I was very cold, turned the AC off and the nerve jacking noice went away.

This is a reliable Hilton property. By that, I mean the front desk service is world class in a casual way, the rooms and premises are clean, the pool and gym are nice. There are even two grills in the pool area (but they weren't clean and the ignitors didn't work). The area is very established and safe. The mattresses won't win any hospitality industry awards but are serviceable. I suspect that anyone with a back condition would prefer a better mattress. The breakfast is typical mid-level quality. Pre-processed eggs in a variety of forms: mini omelette bites, scrambled patties, "fried" egg whites with a spot of yellow blended yolk in the center to look like a freshly cracked egg. Notlne of it memorable but definitely edible. They do change the selection daily for variety. Actually, the chorizo pork sausage is memorable because it's unique and I've only seen it at this one location. This is Texas, after all, and I haven't stayed at any other Hikton properties in Texas. Everything is great except the breakfast. And itcs disappointing that there's no conditioner in the shower. Conditioner is great for shaving and doubles as a hand lotion. I really missed that third bottle in my shower. PLUSPOINTS: The wide variety of condiments definitely help add some life to the eggs. The sausage patties can be used to make a keto sandwich using sausage as the "bread" with egg and cheese in between. One day they had a great chipotle sauce and the next was a hot maple that I didn't try. The chipotle should be out every day! The cheddar and pepper Jack slices were of good quality. They offer a great variety of teas that you'd typically expect to find in a higher-end hotel. Therecs also a well-stocked condiment basket on the main table. The owner/operator of this property clearly puts thought and energy into the extras and that's very appreciated. The potato wedges are quite good. One day they had a red pepper battered crust but the next day they were plain. I think offering a selection of both each day is a better approach. SUBPAR: The sausage patties are a bit anemic since they're prepared in a microwave. Turkey sausage really needs some browning to be enjoyable. The pork sausage is closer to par with the chorizo flavored patties being the best option for that keto breakfast sandwich. Unfortunately, they only had chorizo one of the three days I had breakfast here. UNACCEPTABLE: The breakfast attendant is VERY slow to replenish the food. On the first day, the chorizo was gone. The attendant said more was "coming" but I had allocated 10 minutes to eat breakfast and start my business day. I don't have time to sit and sip coffee while she slowly notices that things have run out. Two days in a row, I scrounged the last three cottage fries from the platter. If the slow replenishment pace is supposed to keep things fresh, then make smaller batches more often.
