- LJLaura JSNov 9, 20254.0Accessibility room was nice and large. Shuttle has a defined schedule in the morning to go to the airport. Unfortunately the breakfast starts really late (7am) so I could not enjoy it because of my early flight. This is a good cheap option for an overnight flight. It's about 5 mins out or 20 in shuttle. I think all hotels in the area are more or less the same, but if you're looking to enjoy a meal before your flight I'd pick another hotel.

If I even make it to the hotel I’ll update this review. Update: I went to the front desk to check in and shared the information with them. The person checking me in was not phased by this information. Holiday has responded to this review in the most generic way possible WITHOUT even considering the safety of their guests. I am absolutely blown away. The stay was basic. Not amazing. Not great. The ONLY upside was the location to the airport. No restaurant in the building, so I went to another hotel for food. Would NOT recommend!!!!
- ACAlexander CookeOct 17, 20251.0VETERANS AND PEOPLE WITH SERVICE ANIMALS DO NOT STAY HERE. Worst customer service and worst manager you will ever encounter. BEWARE of CARLOS THE SO CALLED manager, who has a big power trip for someone running a Holiday Inn Express. Feel bad for the front desk that have to deal with his big headed ego. Brought a service Animal here as a 100% disabled veteran with service dog documentation. Manager decided at 10pm at night to kick myself and my family out of hotel because they barked. Without even speaking to me first called police, and told front desk to kick me out. Then proceeded to tell them they weren't allowed to check me out until he drove in and were charging me for the night after being checked in for 1 hour. I have stayed in hotels with dogs so many times I cannot count (always Marriot without any issues) and will never stay in an IHG hotel again after this. The wonderful Fairfield down street took us in without question. Here's his business card so y'all can see who this fool is.
