  OVERALL EXPERIENCE | This hotel was AMAZING !!!!! It was squeaky clean, up-to-date....it WAS WONDERFUL!!!! FRONT DESK | The front desk clerks (2 beautiful black women with the cute Stanley cups) were THE KINDEST women I have EVER came in contact with at ANY hotel. They just gave that welcoming vibe like you belong and there's a place ready for you. It was different yet pleasing. PARKING | The young lady that assisted me gave me my key card, had me to sign in to record my vehicle info and gave me a slip of paper with a number to place on my dash board so that our vehicle won't be towed for invalid parking. ROOM | We had the options to choose 1st floor or 2nd floor. Definitely 2nd floor. The room we selected was a 2 queen bed, non smoking with bathtub shower. When walked in the door, the view was total Awe. The picture on the booking site did not justify how huge the room was!!!!! It was spacious, clean, new and updated. There was NO sign of stains, uncleanness, bugs, nor anything broken. Absolutely nothing!! Just a spacious room and everything you need to feel comfortable. We were TOTALLY SATISFIED!!! COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST| Hot breakfast was ON POINT too. They served, hot coffee, juice, water, milk yogurt, cold boiled eggs, cereal, oatmeal, toast, bagels, hot cinnamon rolls 😋, biscuit and gravy, folded eggs with cheese like an omelette, sausage and bacon and pancakes from a cool pancake machine, with of course all sorts of condiments you need to fully be satisfied with all varieties. Also, with a nice spacious dining area to sit and enjoy your meal. RECOMMENDATION | I definitely rate this a 10 Star and would recommend to ANYONE to stay here, as well as book again.   The staff were professional and friendly. The location was minutes from DFW and the hotel offered a shuttle, which made the trip to DFW much easier. The room was large! No frills but I was looking for convenience and a comfy place to sleep, which I got. I recommend this place if you’re looking for a decent price, comfy room, and a hot breakfast. They also offer a gym.

  Older hotel but overall clean. Shuttle to and from the airport was flawless. Nice dining option at a nearby hotel within walking distance. Could use some refurbishing, but fine for an overnight stay.

  This hotel saved me and my friend 100+ dollars I am extremely, extremely satisfied by this hotel's staff, especially the email team, the housekeeping team and the magagement team. (Holiday Inn Express & Suites Irving DFW Airport North by IHG) Me and my friend accidentally left 3 items, including a medical device that is crucial to my friend's health, inside our room. We only realized that about 12 hours later. I was on a plane so my only way to communicate with the hotel was sending an email. We didn't expect the hotel to find our items since it was so late, and we expressed that in our emails. We completely lost hope. But, miraculously, we received a detailed email from the hotel, noting that our items were located and placed on a safe place. We were thrilled, because this saved us so many dollars and hussles. The hotel's email team, housekeeping team, and shuttle bus service are absolutely top tier. Yes, it's not an extremely perfect expensive hotel, but their professionalism and service were extraordinary. They brought warmth into my heart, which feels the most important to us.

  Stayed in room 117 for one night on 2/16/2026 due to flight cancellation. Checked in late, very little water presusser in the batroom sink. Next morning, no water in the shower and the bathroon floor was flooded. Very little concern from the Front desk and no comrensation. Finally I was able to speak to a manage 2 days later. She said the room check ok and someone, meaning me, had loosened a screw. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.
