- MCMark CampbellJan 26, 20265.0When the Holiday Inn Express Irving North canceled my prepaid reservation when I "didn't arrive by 3 PM "(what?) or "a customer called to cancel the reservation" (this would have been while I was flying into DFW?), the HI Express Irving South came through in a big way! Once I booked while waiting to deplane, we called to double check (because of the other automatic? cancelation), they seemed surprised since we booked it on the app. The front desk was professional in all interactions. The shuttle arrived earlier then promised. We were brought safely to th he hotel and immediately offered a late checkout and shuttle back to DFW at 2PM. Great communication and customer service!! The property was clean and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. I can tell this IHG staff has pride in the work they do. Thanks again for a great save for us and for IHG. This is a model for other IHG properties to follow. Keep up the great work!

Clean rooms, breakfast, and even when you call to get the ride they will pick you up and arrange to have a van take you back. Nice stay and good and friendly service from the staff
