    Booked a room on my travel app and realized I had booked for the wrong night. I immediately canceled the room less than a few minutes later. The hotel would not give me my refund because they said it was canceled within the 21 day window. This is unacceptable.

    The hotel is not worth the money!!! 1. The shower did not work properly 2. The AC and Water heater kept us up all night from loud noise 3. The staff is good but the hotel is a complete scam with little to no amenities

    Very poor customer service, no option on connecting room. I booked two separate reservations requested paid upgrade , anything that would get me close to other room due to multiple kids. She said no . There is no way, because the rooms are different. I asked her to charge me anything extra and the lady at FD did not care....

    I've stayed at this hotel many times, and I guess they were off last night. TV channels were not available to enjoy TV - was told TV is old, stood for over 10 minutes at front desk waiting for help at 8pm - finally acknowledge by a rude front desk clerk that couldn't answer my hotel questions because he was new and walk away from.me. Had over 8 knocks on my door from housekeeping from 10-11am.

    Waited over 4 hours in the lobby overnight because the hotel’s system went down and they couldn’t check anyone in. Arrived around 1 a.m. and was told I’d be checked in by 2 a.m., but that never happened. No manager on duty, no communication, and no solution offered. The next morning, the assistant manager admitted the front desk agent was completely in the wrong and could have handled it differently to get us to our room. If that’s the case, why wasn’t she properly trained or doing her job correctly? Totally unacceptable experience — not what you’d expect from a Hilton (even though this hotel is supposedly a 3-star hotel). Also, housekeeping will only knock once and barge into your room while you're sleeping instead, so we always had to make sure the stopper was engaged if we didn't want housekeeping while in the room.
