The air conditioning is very noisy, they don't have smart TVs, the TVs are very old, and the coffee is of poor quality. None of this makes sense for the price of $150 per room plus taxes. Furthermore, they didn't honor my loyalty membership. I use these hotels several times a month, and this time they didn't take my membership into account. They simply said that being an honor member doesn't matter if you arrive without a prior reservation.
