    Be aware if you ask if they have a 24 hour shuttle, they will tell you yes but the true answer is maybe. I asked two times if they had a 24 hour shuttle once before booking and again before I went to sleep and was told yes both times. To my surprise when I arrived downstairs at 4am I was told they in fact do not have a 24 hour shuttle. I informed the agent that I was told otherwise and was firmly told they do not start until 5am. Ordered an uber and the wait time ran me late for my flight. As the uber showed up a shuttle from embassy suites pulled up and offered to take me to the airport. Never have I experienced such a confusing experience with Hilton, dependability is critical when traveling as much as I do needing to maximize sleep as much as possible when I can. Need some communication with staff and team to give clear messaging to customers.

    Lori, Rokia, and Brittany were amazing. They accommodated us and our very large group with ease. They met all our requests and were professional and kind. The location was also great! Definitely coming back!

    I booked the incorrect night. I tried to cancel and the desk clerk said to call back Monday and talk the a manager. The manager told me to call corporate, corporate said I had to call right after I booked, when I told her I did and was misinformed she said to call back the manager. I would not recommend booking any Hilton ever, I know I will not. Confirmation number 3417144450

    So, going to start out and say this has nothing to do with staff. They have been excellent, accommodating, and on point with service. This has everything to do with our room. First off, the bed. I have never been on a more ancient cinder block in my life. I've spent a lot of time (8 months out of the year) in hotels, and this is the worst. I ended up putting a blanket on the floor because it was more comfortable. The shower head leaks more water than the Titanic. The ac is noisy, like keep you awake noisy. It may seem like small things to some, but for the price you pay, it's just not the most pleasant experience from a Hilton branded property. If my company wasnt footing the bill, I'd be elsewhere. Also, you will hear airplanes all day and night. Oh yeah, the in hotel store bends you over to, but that's become common these days.
