So I arrive. Everything normal. Fella behind desk checks me in. Gets my key to me. Pretty efficient
Get to my room and key doesn't work. No big deal. Stuff like that happens.
Go back to front desk and no one is there. He must be in the back or something so I'll wait. Meanwhile phone is ringing off the hook and no one answers. Over and over.
After 10 minutes of waiting I think maybe he is in the back. So I say HHHEEELLLLOOO. HEEEELLOO! NOTHING. 5 MORE MINUTES go by and I walk to bistro and ask where front desk guy is. They say they have no idea
So I go back to front desk. Heeeelooo!! Finally guy from bistro comes over and says he must be in back and gets the key and unlocks that door. No one in there. Bistro guy says he will probably be back soon.
So I wait and wait longer. Other people are trying to buy snacks and no one is there to take their money
After 25 minutes guy shows back up like nothing happened. Like he never left
Good help is hard to find

Guy needs someone to cover for him if he is gonna leave like that

The lady at check-in (Iliana) is fantastic and super nice. Norman (handled the breakfast) is funny and very friendly. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The lobby was beautifully decorated.

I stayed here in December of 2025 for a conference, the Prancing Pony Podcast Moot, and it was a wonderful experience! The room was huge, and well furnished, with excellent amenities. I didn't have a ton of time to use it, but the TV was particularly impressive, with easy access to streaming services, and great Internet speed.
In terms of a conference venue it was also fantastic. Spacious rooms, surprisingly comfortable chairs (important considering how much time you spend in them), and the food provided was good. Hotel staff was also fantastic, especially the front desk staff who handled a number of questions I had both before and during my stay. Location was also fantastic, close to the airport and with some great dining options close by. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area.

Reine was absolutely amazing she was very friendly helpful above and beyond. In my opinion Norman was horrid and rude. I mistakenly thought that they offered free breakfast as most hotels do. As I was looking around he ran up on me pretending to be helpful, but his intentions were to see if I had a breakfast voucher...Later I realize he thought that I was on a secret mission to steal breakfast and treated me like I didnt want pay. Please put up bigger and more signage in thaare letting guest know that breakfast isnt free.

I stay at Hilton properties often due to work travel, and this was easily one of my best experiences. My boyfriend and I stayed here, and from the moment we arrived, the service stood out. Katie at the front desk was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Laura, the bartender, was absolutely fantastic. And Jacqueline, the manager, was unbelievably sweet and attentive. She personally came over to check on us and ask how our night, food, and drinks were — something I’ve never experienced at any other Hilton.
It was such a thoughtful touch, and it made our stay feel special. We’ll definitely be coming back.
