I booked this hotel based on the assumption that because it's brand new the service would be excellent as they would be trying to ensure guests are happy. Unfortunately this was not the case and when I arrived at the airport shuttle stop at 9:30pm I coud not get a hold of hotel via phone for the shuttle to pick me up. I tried calling 5 times and the person at the airport helping passengers called 3 times. I even tried contacting through the hilton app chat. Frustrated I decided it wasn't worth waiting more than an hour so I got an uber which cost $25usd. As the hotel is so new it would not show up on the uber driver's map (so be mindful of this). Thankfully we eventually found the hotel. Upon arrivial I mentioned to the front desk what had happend with the shuttle service and the response was "I was busy and couldn't answer the phone". How exactly is this service supposed to work then if no one answers the phone? When I started suggesting maybe there should be a more efficient way to pick up people it was just dismissed because its a complimentary service and guest do not pay for it. I beg to differ as it's basically covered in the hotel's price per night. Apart from that issue the hotel itself is clean and new. The room is basic but nicely decorated and the beds are comfortable - I had a good nights sleep. The complimentary breakfast covers general items e.g oatmeal, waffles, eggs, coffee and was fine. Getting a shuttle back to the airport was easy as you could arrange this with the front desk and took around 10mins to get to DFW. Personally I wouldn't stay again unless they find a better system for shuttle pickup.

I recently had an interaction with the General Manager at this property that left me genuinely shocked by the level of disrespect I experienced.
I went to the hotel to speak with him about a personal matter. From the beginning, the interaction felt off. He refused to shake my hand. While that struck me as unusual, I initially tried to give the benefit of the doubt and assumed it might be a cultural difference.
He also declined to provide his name. Again, I questioned whether I had misheard him or if it was simply an oversight.
We then moved to a table so we could talk. I placed a folder down, intending to sit and begin our discussion. Without asking permission, he opened the folder and began leafing through its contents. I had not offered it to him, nor had I given consent for him to review what was inside.
The situation escalated when he began berating and belittling me, accusing me of being “too persistent.” For context, my only prior action had been calling ahead to see whether the General Manager was on property and might be available to speak with me that day.
I left the hotel feeling small, hurt, and deeply disrespected. I was genuinely taken aback that anyone—particularly someone in a leadership position—would treat another person in such a dismissive and condescending manner.

A few of my colleagues and I stayed at this hotel recently. The hotel is new and very clean. The rooms were spacious. I did not partake in the breakfast, however, the western omelets, sausage patties, and potatoes smelled amazing! The light roast coffee was the perfect temperature to sit and sip while I read emails and waited for my coworkers to join me and formulate our game plan to conquer the day.

I had a great experience here. I actually had to stay two times in this week. Staff remembered me when I returned here. The hotel is brand new and was very clean.
I appreciated the service that was above and beyond.
It was hard for DoorDash and an uber driver to locate but that is because it is so new that the GPS instructions did not send them to the correct place and they did not pay attention to the instructions staff gave to me. When I left I think I had gotten Lyft to acknowledge the connection of the hotel and the address.
I would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Brand new hotel, overall the rooms are very nice and it's in a good location for DFW.
We selected this hotel because the pictures on Google maps show an indoor pool (attached photo) - travelling with children during the snowy weather we wanted to do something with them that day. When I asked a member of staff about the pool I was told that the pictures are of another hotel, as the photographer had not been to take photos of this site yet. That is very misleading and would likely be considered false advertising.
Considering the price, breakfast was quite basic. The hotel also did not have any high-chairs, which made breakfast challenging with a 1 year old.
I guess these are teething problem for a new hotel which seems like a lovely place. However using photos of amenities that are not present is not acceptable.
