Sharing this with grace because I know this new hotel can do much better. I was told over the phone that early check-in and a credit card authorization would be fine, but when my son arrived, we were told the opposite and that “Hilton only does cc authorization for corporate accounts.” That is not accurate based on my years of travel. When I came in, Cynthia O. assisted me. While I’m sure she meant well and may have only been repeating what she was told, the interaction lacked warmth. A simple smile and clear communication make a huge difference — especially when guests are dealing with emergencies. This hotel has potential, but consistency and customer service was not present and her co-worker just watched her drown. —Todae’ C.

Never leave reviews, but this one was granted. I reserved/paid for a 1 king bed 2 room 2 tv suite just to find out I’m getting checked into a 1 queen bed, 1 room and 1 tv suite. Coming to this after a 9hr trip. Review will be changed if it’s resolved. As of right now I would not recommend this hotel and was directed to deal with the manager the next morning. Thanks this location is the best ever!

Watch out and be careful with these people and their charges post checkout!!!! I gave 3 stars because there were very nice people at check in. The room is new and clean. Just gets kinda cold in there, you're limited on how you can adjust the temperature. Maybe it's the "eco-friendly" deal. Not sure. The indoor pool is nice. As well as the bar area. They give you some discounts and free stuff at the bar mid day. I liked that. Location is great and safe. The hotel is close to a variety of eateries. Zero stars to service because they were not truthful about these $5 dollar waters they said were consumed by me. I did not drink those water bottles because I bought a GALLON OF WATER FROM THE STORE!! No one in their right mind would drink 2 bottles costing 10 dollars. When I contacted the hotel about the charge, they said service said the waters were consumed. I told them I didn't, and that I bought my own water....Seeing as though I couldn't prove it, and it's my word against an untruthful employee, I just left it alone. Told them I guess next time I'll have to take pictures before leaving the room. Be careful people....

I stayed at Embassy Suites by Hilton Irving Las Colinas (771 W John Carpenter Fwy) on Nov 7–8, 2025 — Room 523. After checkout I discovered several items of mine missing (approximately $500 total: blue dress pants, a long-sleeve blue shirt, and a thin gala suit jacket). I contacted the hotel staff right away but received no satisfactory help or follow-up. For the amount lost and the lack of concern from staff and management, I cannot recommend this property. Very disappointing experience.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 days to visit family. I will say this hotel is in a great location with lots of retail and restaurants. And just a 10-15 minute drive to downtown Dallas. The rooms were very clean. My minor complaints are: The dining room for breakfast is way too bright and very loud. I had to take my breakfast back up to my room for peace and quiet. Breakfast is good though and I liked that they are able to make fresh eggs to your request. They have a very nice breakfast buffet. I do wish they didn’t use the unrefrigerated coffee creamers. They are just nasty. Their coffee was okay, but if you need real coffee, there is a Starbucks within walking distance. The lights in the hotel room are insanely bright and irritating. They need to change those out to softer lights. Otherwise, I would stay here again in the future.
