  Edit: since posting this review a few minutes ago I have noticed enormous clumps of hair all over the carpet and the bathroom. I am absolutely disgusted and this is the second room I have tried. I called the front desk just to see if she could send housekeeping to vacuum and she couldn't have cared less, told me this was the only remaining open room but housekeeping might come tomorrow, we'll see. Not only will I never stay here again, I'm pissed off after working such a long day and now I can't relax. This is bullshit. I generally stay at Marriott, but this was more convenient so I thought I'd give it a shot. When I first entered my room I went straight to the bathroom to shower and noticed multiple hairs in the shower. Upon closer inspection the floors clearly had not been vacuumed, there was hair and other debris all over the bathroom and the carpet. When I mentioned it to the front desk I got a new room. However, this new room was significantly worse. The carpet in this room does not appear to have been vacuumed for a very long time. It is actually astounding that housekeeping would have the audacity to leave the floors in the condition they are in. In fact, even as I am writing this I notice a bobby pin in the middle of the floor by the desk. If I were to walk barefoot across this room I would have so much debris stuck to the bottom of my feet that I could walk on hot coals without feeling them. This is disgusting, I just worked a 17-hour day and am dying to relax but that's the last thing I'm able to do here because now I can't stop thinking of all the other corners the housekeeping is cutting. I'm disgusted, exhausted, and full of regret.

  Johanna was honestly a highlight of our stay. She was warm, kind, patient, and had such a calm, welcoming energy. You can tell she truly enjoys helping people. Interactions like that don’t go unnoticed, she made us feel right at home. Thank you for being such a beautiful soul!

  Johana was our first impression of the place and she made all the difference. Overall, we had a fantastic experience with family. Thanks to Johana and the rest of the team for their great sense of humor and attention to details.

  The hotel was constantly out of key amenities like having a spare toothbrush or an extra coffee coffee packet when I ran out, but outside of that, the room was extremely clean and nice and the service was amazing! Joanna and Shatoya both went above and beyond to help me out and ensure I had what I needed

  Pretty sure the heat is just straight up broken in my room. Asked the front desk to take a look, first time they called maint to manually raise the heat in my room. While maint did turn the thermostat up to 90 (from the 84 I was allowed to set it at) as you can see the temperature IN the room never moved from 72°. It's been a week. Told the front desk again and they just don't seem to care, so I also don't care. $300+ a night to stay in a room so cold you can't even shower? 1 star review. Very clean room but this place still sucks.
