  This was my first stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton Irving Las Colinas, and overall I was pretty underwhelmed, especially given all the 5-star reviews. Check-in started off rough. I arrived and waited while the front desk agent tried to fix the room key machine, all while loudly smacking gum and talking on the phone. When she finally acknowledged me, the interaction felt very much like a “yeah, what do you want?” vibe rather than a welcoming experience. She did provide the complimentary cocktail hour vouchers, which I appreciated. The room itself was clean and exactly what I had booked, no complaints there. However, when I tried calling the front desk later with a question, no one ever answered. The next morning, housekeeping knocked around 8:30 AM. I asked for just a moment since we were getting ready to go to breakfast, but they never came back. Breakfast was another disappointment. Many items were out, and what was available was either overcooked or burnt. Definitely not what I expected from an Embassy Suites. Overall, the stay was fine but far from impressive. I’m honestly confused about why this location has so many glowing reviews. It wasn’t terrible, but it also wasn’t memorable in either service or experience.

  Very nice, New hotel! The only negative was standing in line 30 minutes to get your omelet! They need more staff helping the one poor guy out!

  We've stayed here twice, and both times have been great! We absolutely love their breakfast, especially their omelettes made to order, and they also offer 2 free adult drinks every evening. Our 2 room suite was great as it provided the space we needed traveling with teens, and it also allowed for us to shut our door so they could play all night. Every staff member we encountered was nice. Overall, our experience was excellent.

  Enjoyed our stay cation. Only complaint, they need to service elevator #3, sounded like it was going to break down any minute. The breakfast was excellent. Fresh and lot's of options.

The atmosphere is immediately welcoming, setting the perfect tone for a relaxing or productive trip. What truly elevated our visit and made it so memorable was the super helpful and kind team of employees. Every interaction, from check-in to check-out, was met with warmth and professionalism. The staff seemed genuinely committed to ensuring every guest was taken care of, making us feel valued throughout our entire stay. It’s rare to find such consistent excellence in customer service, and it speaks volumes about the hotel’s culture. The physical aspects of the hotel were equally impressive. Our rooms were impeccably clean and clearly very well maintained, offering a comfortable and peaceful retreat. The cleanliness standards here are top-tier. Even outside, the grounds are beautifully maintained and well-kept, creating a lovely environment that is pleasant to walk through. For those traveling by car, there is the added convenience of plenty of available parking spaces, which is always a welcome relief. The amenities deserve a special shout-out, particularly the dining options. The hot buffet breakfast is truly delicious and remarkably fresh, offering a wide variety of choices that easily exceeded standard hotel fare. Starting the day with such a high-quality meal was a major highlight. We also thoroughly enjoyed the very good bar in the evenings, which provided a great spot to unwind after a long day. Location-wise, the hotel is perfectly situated. It's in a safe, secure area and offers excellent proximity to key destinations. Being close to the airport makes travel logistics a breeze, and its easy access to both the convention center and the city means you are never far from business or entertainment. This Embassy Suites checks every box: stunning ambiance, delicious food, superb comfort, and, most importantly, unforgettable customer service. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
