Unprofessional Staff and Dilapidated Rooms. I am a regular guest at Embassy Suites, but this stay was a disaster from start to finish. This property is in desperate need of a total renovation and a complete overhaul of its management. The Room Issues: * Room 1 (#525): The AC was broken. I was told by the clerk, Jaden, that I couldn't move and had to wait 48 minutes for maintenance, only for them to tell me the unit was permanently broken and ultimately, I had to move to another room. * Room 2 (#526): Subpar quality. Broken TV, exposed wiring, water stains in the bathroom, and dead outlets. Please note, there are zero modern charging ports (USB/USB-C) in the room and the entire hotel. * The Temperature: I had no control over the thermostat. I went from a sauna(rm 525) to 50 degrees, although the thermostat said 70 degrees (rm 526). When I asked for blankets, I was given space heaters that blew the circuit breaker and killed the lights the moment I plugged them in. To top it off, when I was finally able to get to bed after this long ordeal, I pulled the covers back and the comforter on my specific bed was torn and tattered. The Service: * Jaden from the beginning was incredibly rude, aggressive, and non-apologetic even after I told her manager. Later on in the evening, on my many trips to the front desk to rectify these issues, I actually overheard Jaden mocking me to another coworker, saying "she doesn't know if she wants to be hot or cold." * Eve was the only kind person I encountered. She offered me snacks (Reese’s and Doritos) to make up for the trouble. However, I discovered later after check out that I was charged $6.47 on my final bill for these "apology" snacks. * Management: I spoke with Moriah, who essentially tried, but was unable to provide a functional room. I was promised multiple follow-up calls from the manager, Teddy, but I have returned home from my 3 day/2 night stay and have yet to hear a word from him. Even after multiple attempts, Hilton Corporate couldn't even reach the hotel during my stay. The only "positive" was a decent breakfast, though even that lacked non-pork/non-beef meat options. I was "stuck" here because no other hotels in the area had double beds available. Save your money and stay elsewhere, this particular location is not up to the Hilton brand standards.

Great location and friendly staff. Some wear and tear due to age, but nothing glaring. The breakfast is great and the staff is very efficient. The bar/restaurant is the highlight, Sam was wonderful and very personable. I was never disappointed with the grilled chicken sandwich and they use Luxardo cherries for their drinks, A++

LOUDEST DB ROOM I HAVE EVER STAYED IN THANKS TO AMERICAN AIRLINES FAILURES. FILLED WITH CONSTANT WHIRING AND WATER NOISES! TOO LOUD TO SLEEP. ≈85db in bathroom but ≈65db IN BED!!! The toilet is a fountain? From the moment I walked into the hotel room it's been constantly gurgling and bubbling and making weird noises like a dentist sink all without being flushed, constant water noises rushing and drowning out the world, and I literally can't sleep because it sounds like there's a drone flying around in the bathroom. Update: as I said, the toilet hadn't been flushed. I just flushed it hoping it could somehow fix the issue and I could sleep but it didn't at all. It's been hours and it's CONSTANT gurgling, hissing, roaring, and bubbling like an old fish tank crescendoing into a high roar. It's been one hell of a night. Thanks anerican airlines for messing up all my flights and sticking me in this hell for extra sleep deprivation to top it all off! Will remember the extremely painful migraine I'm experiencing right now and never use either company again!!!

True this place is dated, but what I can get past is the on plug in the room on each wall. We unplugged the clock just to have 2 plugs. Spend the money and put in outlets on top of night stands. You probably save money, since your housekeeping won't have to rest the clock all the time! Also our room had mold where water was infiltrating by the exterior door. The head boards were damaged and the chair had a rip in it. Also the pool was super skuzy. People were writing their initials in the scuze and you couldn't see the bottom of the pool.
