Rooms were gross and the staff was the worst I’ve ever experienced and I’ve been in many hotels. Our group tried to order drinks at the bar and they told us no they were closing early. That alone was dumb because this group would have spent a good amount for a few drinks. Our kids were not allowed to be out anywhere they weren’t being loud or disruptive so it was odd that they kept yelling at us about these kids, which made them the loud and disruptive ones. Two boys just wanting to watch a football game and we were told if they see them they will call the cops. At this point the only reason anyone stayed was because it was non refundable. Why would anyone want to stay at a place they’re not welcome. Kids were never left unattended to act wild so I’m not sure why they were so hateful towards kids. At one point my husband heard a loud banging noise in the hall so he went out to see what it was, our child followed and shut the door behind him locking them out. When he went to the front desk to ask for a new key she rudely said if you’d mind you own business I wouldn’t have to get you a new key. The loud banging ended up being a man kicking in a door because someone had snatched his child and locked themselves with his child in the room. Staff was no where around to help but the cops did come and beat the door down. Idk how my kids weren’t allowed to be out and about with their parents without staff yelling at us, but somehow this child was kidnapped and no batted an eye. Also only one elevator out of three were open and it had vomit all it in staff was rude and annoyed when we told them we would not be using it until it was cleaned up. We’ve had groups stay at all kinds of hotels and even embassy’s and have never dealt with this level of disrespect from staff. If I could give this nasty moldy hotel a zero stars I would.

Very disappointed about my experience at this Embassy suite got in a the room and the first I smelled was weed like I was in the hood on the block. So I get a other room then the presentation was crazy the headboard was peeled off.Didn’t really didn’t paid it no mind. But what took the cake was at 7:00PM the water was off so I call the front desk and the woman told me that they a leak somewhere in the hotel and I figured someone was off because I got one of my bags from the under the sink and it was wet and behind the toilet it had water on the floor so she said it will be like two hours and it will be fixed be they was working on it so 11:00 pm is now here and still no water so didn’t want to use the restroom because the water was not on so I’m holding it and still at 7:00am the next that was Monday still no water not on not thinking why am I still here because this really can’t be happening at this place. So frustrating and upsetting that I paid to stay at a with no running water like I was living in a third world country is very difficult to deal with like someone didn’t pay the water bill and I have to suffer because I can’t use the restroom can’t wash my hand. Then I check out and I have to wait for the Manager to call me back to see what that going to do about my experience being in a place with no a running water and being call because I still haven’t received a call and now it’s Thursday and the is happening on Sunday and I checked out on Monday not taking care of customers is a great way to loss business and money because with out customer how can company stay in business. So I will never stay at Embassy suite again and I will not recommend anyone else to stay at this one if I could give it a half star I would because this is not the standard of this company but you don’t have good management your business will fail

Embassy Suites Hotel Experiences by our Guest and ourselves. November 13-16 2025 VISHAL BHIKADIY- Just to share my experience honestly: we did have to change rooms because the flush tank in the bathroom was overflowing. Only two water bottles were provided, and although I don't usually drink tap water, I poured myself a glass at one point and noticed a lot of black particles in it, so I didn't feel comfortable drinking it. In my room I also found some mold, and the pipes, including the shower, looked quite rusty. The room itself had a strong, closed-in smell, almost like it had been locked up for a long time before we arrived. Dan Townsend- To give a fair review: Negatives: Musty/moldy smelling room Poor circulation of air in room, could not feel it moving any air leading to more mustiness. Rooms are very dated and worn. Furniture felt dirty. Bottom of bathroom door was delaminating. Room door sticks really bad. No hot water at first on Thursday night, but worked fine after that. Positive: Breakfast was great Lunches were even better Bar/breakfast/atrium area was great Swimming pool looked clean Beds were comfortable Shuttle bus service was good. Would we recommend to a friend in current condition-Big no Dr. Nick Hagan In terms of the hotel, There was definitely mold in our room, though. I'm pretty sure there was some on our ceiling, it also had built up coming from the vents. I woke up in my right eye did not want to open both mornings. Dr. Austin Fletcher- This was a lot of mold and both in the conference room and my bedroom 317. My girls room started off as 318 and was disgusting and not cleaned so we had to move them to another room which was 319 and they had mold. Both my room and their room had no hot water until I yelled at them the girls balcony door would not slide open. The girls didn’t have power and several of their outlets and I think that’s about it. You need to talk to Morgan as well. She moved rooms four times. Amy Morgan- I had issues with my shower not working properly. Dr. Alessandro Porcello- issues with mold in the bathroom. Dr. Kevin and Kim Amen Our floor (carpet) was stained and sticky and our bathroom floor was sticky. The bathtub was dirty. Text Elizabeth also, she took pictures of her room. It was disgusting. I didn’t deep dive too much because I wouldn’t have been able to sleep Elizabeth Craft- Visible mold was present in multiple areas of the hotel and around bedroom vents. The bathroom was filthy and falling apart with visible water damage. The bedding had large stains, and the headboard was ripped up. The room heater did not work. The shower drain was clogged, causing water to pool. The airport shuttle service was unreliable. Waited at the airport 30 minutes to find out they could not locate it and then the guy went on break so we took an Uber. Dr. Troy and Kelly Frazier - The bed was horrible the room was moldy there was dust everywhere and the door to outside wouldn't open. We also couldn't go swimming because the roof was dripping into the pool the hot tub was cold Jaydelynn Fiveash( our daughter)- Itchy throat, eyes, feeling dizzy after staying at hotel. I shouldn't have slept on that couch it appeared to be dirty and the curtains were filthy, most likely with mold. Kami Fiveash( Executive Assistant FFPMA, I was the one who set up event and I'm 8 months pregnant) Having trouble breathing, coughing and stuffy nose, eyes and throat itching. We had mold in our bathroom in vents and on couch and curtains, I'm completely disgusted by this hotel and embarrassed that I allowed anyone to stay here unbeknownst to me how dirty it would be here. Now we are all getting sick. This is not okay!

My experience at Embassy Suites in October 2025 was terrible. This was my first and last stay at this location. I checked in and received vouchers for bar service, however, they were time limited and the time for use had passed 10 minutes earlier. No effort was made to extend the time, or make any accommodations...which is fine, but taken as a whole of the experience I thought was note-worthy, a sign that they don't truly value any Hilton status you may have for being a CC or hotel loyal customer. I was pretty tired, so quickly went to bed for an early wakeup. When I awoke and went to the bathroom area to get ready for my day, the bathroom was dirty. There was an unknown substance on the soap dispenser, no shampoo in the shampoo bottle, hair and stains in the shower and sink from previous guests. I didn't have time to pack/get a new room/then prepare for the day, so I finished getting ready, took some photos/video and proceeded downstairs to checkout. I told the customer service rep what I had found (and showed the pictures) and she assured me the manager would call that day and that they had experienced some issues with housekeeping issues recently. I received no calls. In general, if a room is clean, bug-free, with operating hot water and AC I don't make complaints, but the bathroom was too much to overlook and in general I don't get the feeling that management at the hotel cared at all.

If I could give this hotel a -1000 starts I would. Maintenance and Cleanliness: A ceiling panel in the bathroom was missing screws and hanging open, revealing layers of dirt and dust. Furthermore, upon arrival, none of the lights were plugged in, requiring us to locate the switches and plug them in ourselves. Worn and Damaged Furniture: The headboards had rips in the leather, and the furniture was worn, had holes, and was visibly covered with tape. Misrepresented Dining: We booked based on the promise of complementary made-to-order breakfast. We received a subpar buffet. The only custom item offered was an omelet, which was inaccessible due to a single cook being overwhelmed by 20 people, making a simple breakfast impossible. Immediate Safety Hazard: My family (including two small boys) had to navigate hanging electrical wires in the hallway near the door to access the room. Severe Security Breach: While my family was away using the swimming pool, hotel staff gave key access to our to another guest. By sheer luck, the guest was my grandson's coach, but this is a shocking and unforgivable security lapse, jeopardizing our safety and belongings. Defective Headboard & Sleeping Arrangements: The headboard on one of the beds was barely attached to the wall, posing a significant safety risk. Out of fear of it falling, three people were forced to sleep in a single bed, with the youngest sleeping on the couch. Maintenance Issues Ignored: The bathtub water did not work. I called the front desk, and while they promised to send someone up, no one ever showed up. Deeply Disturbing Content: When the curtains were opened, we were horrified to find a graphic drawing on the window of a small boy screaming for help and hanging from a rope. This is completely unacceptable, disturbing, and inappropriate imagery to expose guests, especially small children, to. Non-functional Amenities: The TV did not work, most power outlets were non-functional, and the A/C unit would not cool the room below a sweltering 75°F. The following morning, all eight members of our party were forced to use the shower facilities in one room.
