    15 day business trip working at the airport. The shuttle service was okay but took long to pick up at airport everyday. Could be faster pickups at the airport for sure since the hotel is only 10 minutes away. The average pick up took 30+ minutes. The waiter at the bar Nha was amazing every single day. Always took care of me with a smile and suggestions.

    Customer service was exceptional! After multiple airline delays we arrived just after midnight for less than 5 hours of needed sleep. We were greeted with a cheerful smile and fresh baked cookies. The gentleman at the front desk was still there at 5:00 a.m. and when the shuttle driver was no where to be found he was personally securing ride shares for over 15 people to get back to various terminals at DFW. He went above and beyond to care for us and the other guests.

    We stayed the night before then parked our car for our trip. Upon arrival we could not reach anyone. The desk or the transit. We finally had to take a uber to pick up our car. The shuttle was in the parking lot and acted very nonchalant about us having to take the uber. I called the next week and was told they were busy that night but someone would call back. I never hear back hince the bad review.

    Terrible experience just terrible ! Checked in through a corporate booking - stayed in room 278 and found bed bugs on one of the beds in the room - called the front desk for help, they came and saw and took pictures themselves..then they moved me to a room on the 4th floor - same issue again. Bed bugs, had to check out at 11 pm in the night because I couldn’t stay there anymore..even the staff members took pictures and said they couldn’t help because there was no manager on site..the manager came in next day and said the pest control team came in and found nothing..lying to protect their reputations.. AVOID at all costs BED BUGs..not even 1 star..rooms have a musty moldy smell..definitely mould
