- DMDarcy M6 days ago5.0I was a little put out when the airline changed my itinerary and I needed to overnight in Dallas-Ft Worth, BUT, I’m so glad I stayed at the Double Tree North because the team of people from the whole experience were awesome. Jim, the shuttle driver was a hoot, Maile was super friendly when I checked in. Larry and Sangeeta were all smiles and kindness when I checked out, and Reggie delivered me back to the airport. Would hands down stay again.

Security had to intervene, and I’m honestly shocked the police were not called. This incident occurred on 12/05/2025 at approximately 12:21. As a Hilton Gold member, I’ve stayed at many Hilton properties, and I have never seen behavior this unprofessional or disturbing. I genuinely feel sorry for the American Airlines crew who had to endure it. This is unacceptable for any hotel, especially a Hilton.
