- MHMark HowieJan 16, 20241.0Had a reservation that was made 10 months prior. Reserved with a credit card that was later hacked. Got to DFW and called for shuttle but was told they had cancelled the reservation because the credit card didn’t go through. They made no effort to contact me. Worst possible customer service - woman that I talked to was condescending and heartless.
- BKBeth KellyOct 25, 20233.0This hotel was very clean and tidy. The building concept was great but the execution is a huge fail. The entrance is a tight fit and so are the rooms. For example our room had a full compliment kitchen and no eating area!! The coffee was cheap and no tea available. The largest fail for us was that there are no safes available in the rooms or at the front desk. The staff constantly forgot our one and only request for two extra sets of towels daily. Just not what most of our IHG family of hotels offer throughout the USA. We picked this location because it was 3 miles away from our wedding venue.
