    We’ve stayed at several other hotels close by in this area and this one has been by far the worst. We had a room on the freeway side and the windows were so incredibly cheap that you heard very loud freeway traffic all night long. Barely slept. The pillows sucked. My neck now hurts. There’s this area that sticks out from the bed where you can lay a small suitcase and if you’re not used to something like that you run into it in the middle of the night on the way to the restroom and end up with a giant shin bruise. If you don’t have an app there’s no way to order any food. You can walk down the dark road to whataburger. No thanks. I also expected an airport shuttle like any other hotel in this area provides, but no. Not this one. Will never stay at a BW Plus again. I think the plus means you’re screwed. Had better service at the regular BW.

    Great location to DFW airport. Night attendant told me ther where no rooms but I booked in the parking lot and came back in. Other than that, totally great hotel.

    Came in around 1:30am on Sunday morning and after I asked for a room the front desk thought for a second and said we are booked and parking lot was barely 1/4 full. Very weird place with sketchy people. I do not recommend!!

    Decent place. Breakfast the usual. Appeared to be an older vintage property. Patched tub shower. TV broken had stripe on screen that was annoying.

    Guess we get what we pay for. Picked this place because close to airport and with laundry facilities. The one washing machine was broken. TV had firestick blocked, and not a smart TV to be able to cast it. Make sure to bring your own toilet paper. The paper there is about 180grit sandpaper and one ply.
