Bed was mediocre and the sheets are very cheap feeling polyester/plasticky. An airport shuttle was advertised but turns out there is literally no shuttle service at all. Feel like it's a bit dishonest to call yourself an airport hotel yet have no transportation options. Rooms are mostly clean though. And the soap you get in the room is decent. Breakfast is hilariously mediocre and doesn't even feature any fruit. Only reason I'm even giving this place 3 stars is because, well, there were no bedbugs or roaches, and in this area, that alone pushes it above many other budget hotels.

Paint was peeling on the walls. And the bathroom door was falling apart. The lock on the door was even falling off. It was more like the quality of a cheap motel. Accommodating at the desk, but the service workers in the morning did not have the same respect. My phone in the room rang once, but stopped ringing by the time I got to the phone after three rings as I was in the bathroom. Then had room service banging on my door telling me I had to leave claiming they had called me multiple times since 11 AM, which was not the case. Poor experience on top of already stressful holiday cancellations.
