  Been here 2 weeks so far and house keeping has only been done once upon my own request, which their sign on front desk is done every 2 days. Room has bad odor which I've bought my own air fresheners and febreze spray. Public restroom in first floor lobby still has no soap in it since I've been here. Trash bin in gym still has all of my empty water bottles in it.

  Lisa was a great help when we booked our hotel. She did great getting us a great room. The bed was very comfortable. The room it self was great everything was just what we expected. Location was great. Room was clean and cool when we arrived. It had everything we needed. Lisa also asked us if we needed anything just to let her know. We didn’t need anything but it was nice to know she would do anything to make this trip perfect and it was.

  We had a great time this past weekend, We drove in from Dallas to see the bands play.. we didn't know where we were going to stay. we found this BEST WESTERN on hwy 361.. Lisa is A1 at this place, very polite on the phone and in person.. She is very knowledgeable about where she works and the surrounding area. She advise us of all the amenities Best Western had to offer. and It comes with a free breakfast.. Very well kept and clean. very easy to check in and out. our room was nice , clean and cool. they did not miss a beat with the little kitchen. it came with everything you need. But if you were missing something or need extra ring front desk . Lisa and the rest of the staff are very helpful.. keep up the awesome work . we will be back in a few months.
