I have seen him go into others room as soon as they leave for outings. I am sure there wasn't a work order processed either. Nancy is very unprofessional and rude. She appears to hate her job and the guest.

The room had an odor and was very unclean. It's like they rushed to put the next person in without sanitizing. Very suspicious folks staying there (male loud and drunk every day) I was switched to two different rooms due to uncleanliness. The front desk staff was very nice, except for one aggressive female who works during the daytime front desk Hispanic. Overly priced for little service. Be mindful they only clean every 7 days. They still will not clean the room at that point

The room was not clean. It was filthy. Each time I requested towels, they were out. There were no clean towels. Beddings and floors had stains. I was moved 2 different rooms without accommodations. Coffee machine was broken, computer doesn't scan or print for business purposes, elevator broken. Very disappointing this trip.
